Payment Cloud offers an amazing 10/10 customer service experience! Huge thanks to Michael M., who went above and beyond to help me with the entire application process. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my questions, making everything super easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of support, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend working with them!

Paymentcloud had me open up a whole new gateway and now I'm getting double charged. Canceled immediately. They took a month just to approve the account and these greedy bastards don't care about anything. Would never work with authorize.net again. PayPal or another option is better.

We are a company that needed a merchant to avoid dealing with high fees of a high risk merchant that we were currently with. We contacted payment cloud and literally within 4 days we were up an running - I would recommend payment to any business that needs a quick turn around for merchant services - Incredible

Payment cloud was able to help us when other processors would not. Being a travel company, many credit card processors do not accept these merchants but Payment Cloud has been great so far and the user interface is super friendly.
