I was looking for a simple way for my customers to pay with charge cards and found payment cloud on google search. From the moment I reached Frank my manager, it has been a very simple process to get set up and started. The process has even helped me set up my business. Laura my customer success agent is awesome as well.

I am so thankful my customers opt to avoid traditional payments anyway so my reserve was tiny. You guys can keep it, use it to do some research**** We have never sold anything that is a prescription pharmaceutical, I sent photos and a description of our inventory prior to acceptance. Nothing changed.***

Less than a month in and less than $200 in transactions later, EMS shutdown my account and not only can EMS not explain why, neither can PaymentCloud they ones who told me that EMS would contact me for any issues before abruptly shutting me down. Not only did they not contact me, I had to call them after transactions were declining to even be told it was shutdown 3 days prior to my call. When I reached out to PaymentCloud for an explanation, because EMS certainly doesn’t have one, no one responded. All the BS about we are here to help and all that garbage and when I needed a simple explanation…… no where to be found. However, I did get an email from a totally different “Account Manager” from PaymentCloud wanting me to apply for the services. Very laughable. Anyway. Like all of the reviews I should have followed before I pulled the trigger on this…. Don’t do it. If you are “High Risk” which I am not, stick with instant transfer payments. Fees are lower and you don’t have a virtual dictator telling you what you can and can’t do with your own business.

I have been searching for a provider and system for weeks. One company I contacted was two weeks out before I could speak to a human. Another company only had AI assistance available. I have a unique set up and needed to SPEAK to someone. After I submitted an inquiry Frank Riffe called me immediately. He has been a pleasure to work with. He is clear, concise, detailed and available via phone, text or email. He will be my point of contact beyond the initial set up as well. What a relief to find this company.

I needed a that could handle a larger amount of payments due to bulk purchases. Paycloud was available to make that happen. Nathan Wilkie, who was my Account Manager was very accommodating every step of the way. He was available to help me with my Backoffice set up and good advise since this way my first time using organizing this type of thing.

I needed the ability to accept credit card payments for my new business. I contacted Authorize.net (Gateway), who engaged PaymentCloud (Merchant Account) and North (Processor).
Within 3 Business Days, all accounts were approved; and I was up and accepting credit card payments from customers.
The application, document submission, and approval process was relatively seamless.
Thanks to Jonah, Daniel, and North for their collaboration, assistance, and patience.
A special thanks to Ciara who reached out to me a day later, to ensure I took steps to update all fraud filters within the gateway.
