Ticket never received – no support, no response
I purchased a Dominator 2025 ticket on April 21 via Paylogic. Due to a typo in my email, I never received the ticket.
I sent full proof of payment to Paylogic on June 22, including bank confirmation and the full reference number. I followed up multiple times and even escalated publicly.
Their X account is suspended, their support email doesn't reply, and the event is this Saturday. I’m left without a ticket I paid 95€ for.
Completely unacceptable handling of customer support.

Speedy problem sorting
When my email address was revoked & therefore booked tickets would not be available on the due date I asked for my details to be transferred to an alternative email address. After very polite requests for some confirmation details my alternative email was substituted. Problem solved.

The client support does not exist. There is only contact form. No number no email. I have an issiue with the order and noone can help me. All you get is contact form, chat with AI with can do anything. And e mails that someone wil contact you soon. If you want to avoid trouble or lose money do not use their service.

I was so pleased with paylogic. They answered my query so quickly. I needed a change of name on one of my tickets. I always use Paylogic for my purchase of Andre Rieu tickets. Their customer service is excellent! Thank you Julia!

Their customer service did not even reply. Sent two reminders in two weeks. Nothing.
Use them only if you are sure that nothing can ever go wrong (and then blame yourself when it does 😀)

Fast reply and helpful info
Fast reply to my request even when it didn't work out as hoped.
When a decission is made by the festival/event organizer it is not the fault of the payment service if things can't get refunded.
However the customer service helped with several suggestions and infos how to potentially solve my issue on a different way.
It now is up to the festival/event organizer if they can help me out where Paylogic can't as this was not their decission.

I have been trying to contact costumer service with multiple emails and through their form and I am getting no replies. I have resold two tickets through their system and it said that I will get money back as they were sold. The problem is that I no longer have access to the bank account I paid with as I moved countries and changed banks. There is no way to contact them to change the bank details. Their chatbot is absolutely useless and it's impossible to come into contact with a person.

I have been waiting on a refund that I requested and was told it would be within 30 days, it now a week past the 30 day mark and I am receiving no answers on email just the same automated reply each time service has been pretty poor in this situation. Just hoping I get my refund soon that was confirmed on email when requested.

I have requested a refund for my sonus ticket and have had no contact back, I’ve awaited the 30 days and still nothing, the chat bots are useless would be better speaking to myself, I want this sorted as I have at least 120 pounds waiting to be refunded !!!!!

Customer service is a ghost not even haunting
Customer service contacted through their contact form (only way to reach them with their useless bot on their website). 9 days later no reply even if the matter is super urgent.
Will never order again through this website and tell friends organising festivals and concerts to stop partnering with them as their service is non-existent.
Update: funnily I got a reply right after writing this review. Not helpful at all. Pretending they can't do anything while they can, unloading the responsibility to the organizer of the event. Just sad.

I have bought tickets for a festival with the installment option. I have just realized that one of the installment payment had not gone through. I have paid 2/3 installment + the bus tickets. I do not have my festival tickets but only my bus tickets.
The whole customer support from Paylogic so far is an AI, and there is no option for me to make an additional payment on their website. I have also never received a confirmation for the overall booking, nor emails telling me that the payments had not gone through. I only got one email for the first payment, saying that it was successful (but I can see that three out of four payments have been successfully made on my account).
