Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Shipping address is my home address yet Royal Mail delivered to a collection point and according to customer services at Pawtato it's my responsibility to arrange re-delivery with Royal Mail as it's no longer Pawtato's problem as they have proof of delivery from the courier!!! What they don't tell you is there is a 40 minute waiting time for your call to be answered!

What happened:
- Your order was dispatched to your home address exactly as specified on your order
- Royal Mail (the courier) made the decision to deliver to a collection point rather than your door
- We have proof of delivery showing the parcel was successfully delivered by the courier
Our position:
Once a parcel is collected by the courier and dispatched to the correct address, delivery location decisions are made by the courier, not by us. This is not only standard practice across all online retailers, but is also clearly stated in our terms and conditions which you agreed to at the point of purchase. The resolution for courier delivery decisions lies between the customer and the courier.
What we offered:
- Clear information on how to contact Royal Mail to arrange redelivery or collection
- Multiple contact methods beyond phone (online chat, social media, website contact form) to avoid the 40-minute phone wait you mentioned
- An explanation that if we contact Royal Mail on your behalf, we face the same wait times and processes you do
What we could not do:
We cannot issue refunds or send replacement orders when a courier has delivered a parcel (even if not to your preferred location), as this would result in you receiving two orders at our expense for a courier's delivery decision.
Your parcel is available for collection and can be redelivered to your home address by contacting Royal Mail directly. We understand this is frustrating, but this is a courier issue rather than a Pawtato issue.
We're sorry you've had this experience with Royal Mail's delivery service.

My Great Dane/Irish Wolfhound x and black German Shepherd just love their Pawtato knots. They get 2 apiece at lunchtime and remind me if I'm running late and forget to give them their chews on time! Very good fast service and delivery. A good company to deal with.
