The Paws Pet Travel team made transporting our dog from France to the UK so remarkably smooth, we’ll certainly avail of their services in the future. Lynda and Lisa were incredibly prompt and knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire process. While Matt made for a seamless transit from Calais to Folkestone. No pet taxi service can guarantee that the transit will be smooth and without any governmental bumps on the way, but the Paws Pet Travel team did their utmost to help us be prepared and to relieve any anxiety with the process. Highly recommended.

I used a pet taxi service that travels from Paris to London. I was able to have enough conversations with Lynda (she was the most experienced and nicest person in this service) before the trip and all the schedules went smoothly. The drivers were also very kind and lovely, and helped me get to London quickly with the best driving skills. If I use a pet taxi again, of course I will use it here.

Lynda and her team are amazing. They dropped all to go an get my dog with others after their transport failed. Was able to track the transport to my very feet. Cannot thank or recommend them highly enough. Thanks again xx

I cannot thank this service enough, it was such a stressful time getting my boy back from vietnam and they took all the stress and worry away. Sadly I couldn't make the trip to collect him from the airport at 24 hours notice Linda and the team were there collecting him at the airport! The whole process from start to finish was amazing and stressfree and very very affordable.
I just want to say a massive thank you to you all.
After a long journey to Europe my boy was well fed watered and even had lots of cuddles on ruote to me beautiful updates all the way!
Highly recommend this service I wouldn't look anywhere else.

I highly recommend paws pet travel they were amazing and so welcoming. They were able to accommodate me and my cats. Matt was so kind and attentive. Relocating from the US with pets is very stressful but they made the journey feel like a breeze.

Matt and Lynda went above and beyond to help me move my two cats back to the UK. Matt arrived on time and wasn't fazed by my larger-than-expected amounts of luggage. He drove like a machine and only stopped twice for a break/fuel/snacks, which we both agreed was the best plan. Then when we got to the UK, Lynda took over after a last minute driver cancellation and she took me the rest of the way, getting there 9:30pm, and she had to drive another 4/5hrs back home! It was the best travel experience I've had, so easy and smooth. I am so grateful for their excellent customer service and I couldn't recommend them more.

I arranged for my Chihuahua and myself to be met at CDG having travelled over from NYC. The arrangements were easy to make via email and Whatsapp contact info for the meetup on Paris was exchanged prior to leaving the US. The pick up at the airport was smooth and after a pleasant drive back to the UK we all made it in good time. Lynda is clearly vastly experienced in the logistics of these pickups and dropoffs so all in all a no stress move which was great.

Wow! Lynda is a life saver! We had to book one of our rescues transportation last minute and we’re feeling so stressed doing so! A friend who has a rescue in the UK referred Lynda and her team. Lynda and her team were an absolute dream to work with. She took all the stress out of the final stage of our journey. As a single traveller Returning back from Canada to London via Paris, with a Cat, Dog and luggage was always going to be a challenge. We were meet straight out of arrivals by Mo and from there I could relax. He took care of everything and the journey was both comfortable and flawless. What an absolute breeze getting my dogs from France to the uk! Linda was amazing! 10 minutes after I contacted her through her web site she rang me and was on it! She managed to do such a great job on such a short time frame! I can not recommend her and the team enough 10 stars!!!

Our experience was great, absolutely no complaints. Our driver Pino was a superstar and got us through in a breeze. What I had slightly expected to be a stressful experience was just the opposite for myself and my pup. Would definitely recommend!

From the very first contact, Pawspet travel were kind, professional and reassuring. Lynda organised everything and Matt was my driver. He met me at Orly went above and beyond to make sure my dogs and I had a great and easy trip. We sailed through the pet reception centre where they check paperwork, managed to grab a bite to eat with 10 minutes to spare before the Eurotunnel train, and then up to Leeds. Matt was lovely with the dogs and we stopped as often as was needed. A 9-hour trip only felt like 2 hours. And lovely Lynda called me the next day to see how we were settling in. This isn't just a business for them, they genuinely care.
