Is Pawnity.com a scam? They never sent me my package…

Pawnity.com never sent me my package after receiving my money via PayPal and hasn't responded to my multiple emails and messages on Instagram.

I ordered a dog sweater after Pawnity reached out to me on Instagram with a discount code. They assured me that I would receive shipping updates and that my package would be arriving soon. I received only the 1st email notifying me that the item was shipped from China and nothing else. I kept following up, and the team said that arrived in the US and should be arriving shortly. It's been over a month and I haven't received anything. When I checked the tracking number, I realized that they sent my item to an address that is completely different from the one I gave them. They sent it to the wrong STATE.

No one has responded to my multiple requests for help and a refund. Very disappointed with my experience, and do not recommend.
