This was a complete scam. They offered to “fix it” but things got even worse. Please don’t bother with this company. You’ll end up so stressed out. It was very disappointing.

Responsive admin and good training advice
I have used the app sparingly, but the advice and exercises were well received by my pooch and she is doing great. I forgot that I had signed up for an introductory offer, and when the offer was over I received a new charge on my credit card. I contacted the company and the subscription was quickly terminated. However, they did offer me a new subscription that was more in line with what I needed. So they were very responsive and I am happy with the subscription I received.
