Horrendous service

Really easy to order, and very fast delivery. The driver was extremely helpful and took the time to skilfully place the pallets directly into my back garden. All slabs arrived well packed and not a single slab was damaged during delivery or laying them so a very high quality product and would definitely recommend

Awful service , no help on the phones, delivery was two days late, 3 broken slabs and driver moaned the whole time won’t recommend or use them again

Only asked for samples which cost £6 and looked like seconds ,why would i give a big order on that quality

Ordered a sample, never arrived. Chased multiple times, received no reply. Certainly would never buy from them again.

The order was delivered on time and accurately, the paving looks great and as shown on their website.

Takes over two weeks to get a sample to me that I had to chase twice. Can’t get through to speak to them as phones always busy.

Say they will send two samples but send one. Say it will arrive Saturday but arrives Wednesday. I would be ok if this was a free sample like other companies do but I paid for it.

I have placed my large order with a competitive. If you can’t receive a sample I wonder if I would receive any paving?

Ordered on the Wednesday morning, delivered on the Friday morning. Really beautiful slabs and lovely to lay. Reasonable priced with delivery fee. Top quality service and product all round.

Argh I really do not recommend UK Paving. Taking the time to write this after asking for a phone chat to constructively feedback, which was ignored like many of my other attempts at communication. Because I have lost so much time over this and don’t want anyone else to have the same experience I hav resorted to this review. I paid for an order of paving stones which were due to arrive on Monday. Then there was some concern over the accessibility so they delayed the delivery - only telling me on Monday when I called, with no apology for my time wasted even when I said it would be lovely to feel the person on the end of phone cared a bit about the customer. I paid £80 extra for a smaller van due to arrive on Wednesday. On Wednesday 12noon I received an email - no phone call or attempt to make sure I was aware - that the haulage company was refusing to deliver even in the smaller van. Which in itself is odd as we have deliveries every day on our lane. The email accepted no responsibility and just blamed the haulage company. Then I received no replies to my responses including saying I didn’t want to write a negative review but would someone call me? Finally I called to ask for a refund - having spoken with another company who were so utterly helpful and delightful and professional that it was a no brainer. 24 hours later I have had no communication confirming that the refund is being processed. Maddening waste of time and income for me taking time out to be here for delivery and for the builder. Meanwhile the other company has sent me emails, called me to reassure re delivery and explained helpfully the delivery issues regarding weight and size so that I understand the process. There appears to be a refusal to acknowledge if a customer is unhappy or inconvenienced with this company. Pride or just disorganized and no one taking responsibility. Not sure. They take the money in seconds though! Hoping I will get my refund soon or even a reassuring message saying it’s been processed. If I thought the company were concerned and committed to improving their service there is no way I would leave a public review.

I ordered a sample 10days ago and yet to receive it, or any communication.

Easy to order, good website, good prices and when I had an issue with some damaged slurry a no nonsense refund. Will use again definitely.

Ordered several paid for samples for a job which never arrived. Cancelled and refund in progress.

Only 4 stars because 5 slabs had small chips on them but workable but everything else was brilliant

Good service, prompt delivery, friendly and helpful. Black limestone setts are as described and look fantastic.

Do not use this company! 2 slabs arrived broken via delivery and they refuse to either resend new ones or refund us for them. The girl on the phone was extremely rude, half way speaking she put me on hold and came back on the phone laughing. Bad service and a con. We bought the right amount of slabs we needed and now 2 short. Wish I went somewhere else!

Delivery hasn’t turned up and not heard anything from buy garden paving
My weekend work is now delayed some communication would have been nice very poor
