The most difficulty I encountered was choosing porcelain from their broad range. It took me several months to settle on a design. Everything else was plain sailing. Great pricing, great product, easy to navigate website and ordering process. Delivery turned up on the day advised and I was able to wait-in and speak to the (palletways) driver. I will be purchasing more porcelain in future for upcoming projects later in the year.

I placed a small order with this company for border stones around a granite patio. I liked the stones so much I decided I'd place them either side of the channel drain, but knowing I'd run short of a few stones. I knew most sellers insist you buy a complete pack on a pallet but I only needed one-tenth of this. Well I emailed them to see if they could help out.A little more than 24 hours later the granite stones arrived, very carefully packed and at a very fair price, rather with the next day delivery a crazily low price. I emailed these guys late on a Sunday evening and they responded Monday 6.30AM and subsequent responses were within minutes of my requests. If you find better overall service, I'll eat my hat.

Straightforward ordering. Great price. Free delivery and deliver on time. The only issue I had was the driver did not bother to knock and dumped the pallet overhanging the drive rendering parking impossible despite plenty of room at the front. I learned of the delivery when I tracked it and discovered a photo of my house complete with pallet.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Had issues with broken paving slabs but quickly resolved with replacement slabs being delivered next day.

Can't understand why there is no hiab/lift to help with the off load of paving

After reading positive reviews of this company, I placed a large order for patio tiles with them. Tiles were showing as " in stock". I ordered, paid the full price and received an e-mail confirmation of payment and delivery date.
I have since received notification that the tiles are "out of stock" and been offered a same- price different tile, an offer which was declined. I am now awaiting a refund of the money paid.
Not a pleasant experience.

Great tiles - good quality, quick delivery

Im always quite nervous about ordering online and not being able to see the quality of what you are purchasing especially when spending a lot of money on it. As a woman who knows very little about landscaping materials and just had a list of materials to order from my builder, Danny in customer services was absolutely fantastic and helped me every step of the way with my order, measurements, working out the best quantities and splitting pallets so I wasnt paying for unnecessary materials, when other companies online didnt give me that option. He kept me updated throughout my delivery and even ensured the courier used a smaller sized vehicle to get to my property. Ive had to contact Danny twice since due to needing extra supplies and yet again he has gone out of his way to help. So nice to find a company you can trust and i would highly recommend. Thank you!
