High Quality Service, But Expensive
Remarkably good at taking messages--high accuracy as far as getting caller information correct. And, unlike other services I've used, I don't get complaints from customers and prospects. Only drawback: The service is expensive. On a phone call basis, very expensive.

Pat live is great its the best…
Pat live is great its the best answering service around. Although it does have small things that could be better for example. I’m in a 600minutes a month plan and will sometimes go over my minutes which results in my bill being higher but instead of being surprised at the end of the month sometimes. I’d recommend that the account mgmt send a notification that we will be going over our plan minutes after amount of minute usage so that me as the customer can be in the know and No unexpected surprises in my bill. Besides that pat live is awesome
