The owner was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. He has no business running a service-oriented company. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a transporter. He dropped off a patient at my workplace and, despite me clearly explaining three times that my computer was down, he refused to acknowledge it. Instead, he demanded immediate service, blocked the front window—preventing me from assisting other patients—and became confrontational when I explained I would sign the patient in as soon as the system was back online. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate higher authorities. No one should tolerate this kind of abuse.
