Well lets get down to the brass tacks. I put in for a visa for India. Two days later I had the pleasure of receiving a call your customer service rep's. I wish I had wrote her name down. It's one thing to get a call for making admin mistakes on my application form. But I received three calls from one of the nicest ladies I have talked from any customer rep. She was helpful, understanding, and even help my co-worker with his visa issue's. (We are traveling to the same country on the same job). My name is Hank Smith my app ID number is I004V386E426.
