Do not use!
I ordered 6 sashes on the 27th October - money taken but no confirmation email received. Website says that the order is completed but I’m left without anything being delivered. I’ll be raising this as fraud with my bank

Awful - I ordered a sash a week before I needed it, trusting the 48 hour timescale for delivery as published on their website, and it didn't come. No answer on the phone, no replies to the emails I sent. Avoid ordering anything from them.

Avoid ordering from this company! I ordered a party sash for my daughters birthday a week before the date and paid extra for UK next day delivery, didn't receive the sash until the day after her birthday and surprise surprise nobody is responding to my emails and voicemails, poor service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a sash for my daughters 18th bday and it has arrived with 'Birthday girl' not what I had ordered. I have emailed them twice and called and left messages but surprise no one replies back to you. They should not be trading as they are not fulfilling customers orders.

Ordered a sash for my daughters 21st birthday. Paid extra for next day delivery to be on the safe side. Filled in the required date. Turned up a day later by royal mail. No answer to emails or calls.

I was a little unsure about placing an order having read the reviews however I am delighted! Ordered late Sunday night, arrived Tuesday afternoon, sash made to the exact specifications we had requested in additional notes section and good quality for the cost. Would definitely order again from this company and would recommend.

Website offers next day delivery when order placed before 1pm, postage an extra £3 for service. Item didn't arrive the next day. Calls and emails unanswered. No refund on postage for next day delivery. Communication is important. Will never use again.

I ordered a personalised sash for a friend's 21st birthday, ordering enough in advanced, noted on the 'required by date' whilst ordering that I needed it by the 1st of September (yesterday), which hasn't arrived. I had a conformation of my order when I placed it but never received tracking. This morning, I have tried a numerous amount of times to phone but it was answer phone each time. I had left a few voicemails also for someone to get back to me but no one has. I have contacted them via the website, email, Facebook, Instagram direct message but have had no reply. I am beyond disappointed, frustrated and angry at this, will most certainly NOT be ordering from this website again. I would like my money back!!

i ordered 14 sashes from this company for delivery to Ireland, the delivery took over a week, and my order was sent in a large paper envelope, due to the weight it was ripped and items falling out, Royal Mail repacked it with a plastic bag, and thanks to them the items were intact, the sashes were in small plastic bags inside with velcro stickers to close the sash when worn, and glue from this velcro was on the front of the brides white sash so it now is sticky and dirty, the sashes were not cheap and to pay for personalized sashes it cost me 70 euro, not happy with this company, packaging needs to be better!

Sash was great of quality and looked superb. Delivery time was fast too, it arrived two days after the order was placed. Will definitely be coming back If im ever in need of more.

I accept that Partysashes did not get my original email and withdraw the complaint made as they are rectifying the situation
