I needed some help during the installation

I needed some help during the installation of my new software and the support I received was excellent. Whilst I had to wait a couple of days for my remote sessions (which wasn't a problem), within 15 mins of our phone call/screen share it was up and running! Thank you!

Initially, I encountered a few problems during installation but Harry from Licenseplace went above and beyond all expectations with technical support and resolved all issues politiely and professionally.

Fantastic support when I needed help installing Adobe

I had a really positive experience with Licenseplace. I was struggling to install Adobe remotely and couldn’t get it working on my own, but the support I received was excellent. The person assisting me was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. They guided me step by step and made what felt like a difficult task really straightforward. I really appreciate the time and effort taken to get everything sorted. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

If only all experiences with IT support went like this, life would be so much easier. Many thanks to Harry for your quick, professional and friendly human service. My Autocad licence had been working for…

My Autocad licence had been working for months and all of a sudden stopped. I called up the afternoon before and managed to get an appointment the next morning. They spent half an hour sorting as was trickier than expected but managed to get my licence working again which is amazing! Thank you very much for the speedy sorting of the licence.

Great experience

Had an appointment with Harry. I was a bit apprehensive at first giving someone access to my computer but they are all legit. Helped me in an effective an efficient way and I even received a tutorial on the programmes they do.

I had a wonderful experience.

I had trouble getting my AutoCAD to…

I had trouble getting my AutoCAD to work, mainly because i'm not tech savy. I sent them an email and received a reply the next working day. A quick phone call and remote access via Teamviewer and it is all working great.

i was stuck with virus detected after buying software , this is commonly known as a false positive , they do provide a contact number after buying if you have any problems , i got connected with Harry , from Belgium ( not Russia lol ) and he was spot on , fixed issue , double checked all was working , in under 5 minutes , top service , nice guy

Help in installing Adobe Acrobat Pro

I had problems installing an application and I contacted Licenceplace who booked a remote session with me.
The software engineer was very helpful, polite and friendly and in 20 mins the application was installed and running. Excellent service all round! Many thanks.
