I needed some help during the installation of my new software and the support I received was excellent. Whilst I had to wait a couple of days for my remote sessions (which wasn't a problem), within 15 mins of our phone call/screen share it was up and running! Thank you!

Fantastic support when I needed help installing Adobe
I had a really positive experience with Licenseplace. I was struggling to install Adobe remotely and couldn’t get it working on my own, but the support I received was excellent. The person assisting me was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. They guided me step by step and made what felt like a difficult task really straightforward. I really appreciate the time and effort taken to get everything sorted. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

They spent half an hour sorting as was trickier than expected but managed to get my licence working again which is amazing! Thank you very much for the speedy sorting of the licence.
