I have left 3 messages for this company because the parts I received have the right part number but are not the right parts. I wasted a lot of money for nothing and now have useless parts. No returned calls.

I ordered a part over 2 weeks ago and it has not shipped. No status has been provided. Business has not responded to my queries.

I ordered my item the middle of august and was told would take 2-4 business days, it's the last week of august, and i called partswhse and now they're telling me it will arrive approximately the middle of september. i never received an email with follow up on order and time of delivery -this is very bad customer service

I ordered two O-rings for a nail gun o 8/16/25. After not receiving them, I called to be informed the items are due to be shipped on 9/1/25. Their communications with the customer after the sale sucks. If the parts aren't in stock or on backorder, simply let the customer know. I will never order anything else from them.

The part I purchased was an igniter for a GE XL44 range/oven. The part fit perfectly and corrected the problem. The important part was the electrical plug, which matched perfectly. Making the installation simple and easy.

I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company because it said it would be delivered by Canada Post-should have checked further as it was coming from the US. I wanted to avoid replacing a palm sander, but could only find the replacement sander pad on this site. Ordered it and a vacuum adapter. Both were compatible with my sander according to the site. After waiting a number of days I got an email that the item was on back order from the supplier (I thought they were the supplier). I responded that if it wasn’t shipped within a few days I would need to cancel. Right after sending my email I got a “shipped” notification. Waited…and waited…finally got it after weeks. Installed the sander pad (correctly). Within 2 minutes the pad flew off at warp speed-lucky that I had safety glasses on. And-the vacuum attachment is miles too small. I will note though that they have now fully refunded my purchase, which I appreciate greatly.
