Ordered parts for my Ryobi straight shaft weedeater (weedeater head assembly, washer and weedeater head string assembly). All parts appear to be OEM Ryobi parts, very happy with the parts. They shipped very fast and all arrived in good shape. I will buy from them again in the future, very happy with their parts, service and shipping.

Absolutely awesome customer service. My issue was resolved immediately on the first call and received my replacement parts in warranty in less than a week. The representative was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

First you were the only place I could get the part. Deliver time was OK. But the price for a plastic part seemed a little high. I'll use you again.

Poor service from Jeff, who initially responded promptly to my emails. Couldn't answer simple questions & just seem to fob me off as if he couldn't be bothered.
Maybe questions are difficult, he initially seemed like he could provide me with an item advertised on the Partswarehouse.com website but maybe shipping to the UK is too difficult for him. After a further 5 emails, he tells me part not in stock.
Unfortunately, I expected a better service, but instead has been a complete waste of my valuable time, poor effort, 0 out of 10.

Parts warehouse is a garbage company may even be a total scam. No cominication at all about my order, no tracking has just said processing for a week and a half now and had a 2 - 5 day shipping window and I'm now on day 9

The part I ordered was exactly what I needed. Fast delivery and it had good quality ‼️

The part i ordered was exactly the right one.
It was remarkably easy to change out the part on my washer. A #2 cross tip screwdriver and slip joint pliers. And a bucket to drain the hot/cold water hoses.
That was it.

Searched for lawn mower part (float bowl gasket) in local area for 2 days. I found the part at PartsWarehouse. Using the search 3 step search engine was easy. Part delivered at promised time.

Parts Warehouse absolutely crushed it with our awkward GreenWorks lawnmower part. These things are built so you just go buy another one but we really wanted to fix it so we tried everywhere to find a part and no one had it besides Parts Warehouse. Came fast and was exactly what we needed. You'll have our business the next time we need any little do-dad that no one else keeps in stock.

I was surprised that my 10 year old saw was still supported through Parts Warehouse. I already have ordered additional items because of their broad support. Bravo!

The ease of ordering a part from your site.

I ordered 2 parts from them. According to their website, it looked like they were in stock and shipped within 2 days. I even got a tracking number that didn't work. One of the parts arrived as expected, and on the same day, I received an email stating that the other part was delayed and a new shipping date had been assigned. That day comes and goes, and I end up calling them. They tell me that it should ship today, and I will get a new tracking number. The following week, when I still hadn't gotten a tracking number, I called them again because they hadn't given me any updates. I am told that it has finally shipped, but won't be here for another week. That will be 3 weeks after ordering if it arrives when they say.

My order was on time and in perfect working condition on arrival. I was finally able to repair my washer after making the mistake of trying another parts supplier unsuccessfully. This will be my 1st stop if i ever need parts again.

They were the correct parts and fit perfectly.
