After tracking down a part that wasn't available anywhere else, even at a main dealer, I rang parts for Cars, whom I hadn't heard of before, just to be assured that the part was right for my car. After the call, I ordered the part online and it was selivered by courier next day. Excellent service and I will definitely be adding them to my go to list in the future.

Was very well looked after by a super helpful individual in Blanchardstown yesterday. Not the time of year you want a battery to be going flat but the whole situation was very calmly and smoothly resolved by the assistant who not only carried out the battery personally to my car but who also switched it instantly when I realised later I had bought the wrong one (he had warned me it didn't seem like the right one form the word go!)

Amazing company always super helpful, in sourcing parts. Price is always competitive and their delivery service is UNMATCHED. There have been times when I have ordered at 10am and had parts at my door before noon on the same day.

I find the alternator on their website stands at 181e but they are telling me thats this was mistake and want to charge me 230e even on the website price stands at 181e.
This is against the customer rights. Price is price. Will never buy anything from them again.

This was my first and last experience with this company and it turned out to be bad. I had to prepare the car for NCT. I placed an order on their website, it was indicated that the product was in stock, but in reality it turned out that it was out of stock. As a result, I just wasted my time. I can't recommend this store and I definitely won't be coming back!
