Great when it works, not so when it doesn't!

Support hopeless - tried to say that it's a fault our end - sending us in a never ending loop of check this, check that. I reached out to our garage community on Facebook and had 20+ garages saying they were experiencing he same issue.

My experience with Partslink24 has been very negative. I contacted them to resolve a few questions and was assisted by Nereyda Cova, who completely avoided answering any of my queries. I sent a second email insisting that I needed a response, but she never replied.

Additionally, the monthly subscription fee seems extremely overpriced for the service they provide. What’s most concerning is that, even though the law grants you the right to cancel within the first 14 days, the only way to do so is by contacting them via email… and they simply don’t respond. It feels like they do everything possible to avoid issuing refunds and end up keeping your money, completely ignoring your requests.

A service that lacks transparency and offers nonexistent customer support. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I paid for a 24 hour subscription to obtain parts numbers for my vehicle so I could purchase parts for service. The site was not able to find my vehicle information via a VIN search in any catalogue, and did not list variants of the vehicle via a manual search so it would show multiple part numbers that were not specific to my vehicle. I was unable to find accurate part numbers and support refused to issue a refund.

Easy money. Take one day licence for an option list of my car. This doesn’t work. I wrote to them but can’t give me the list or do a refund. Big scammers

I have been trying to cancel the subscription for 4 months now, they are like bloody noses, strange emails in return, very strange!

Has taken nearly a year to fix their defective software partially due to working in differing time zones I finally managed to arrange a time when we would crossover and we could work on the issue on a remote session in the 30 minute gap I had available and I got a call from the guy like 5 minutes before the end of day.

Be very careful with this company and their subscription service. I had a 12 month subscription for the wrong region. I cancelled it but still have to pay for the full 12 months. Customer service were not interested and very unhelpful, they simply said its a 12 month subscription so you have to pay, even though its cancelled. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Don’t buy them crap, sharp edges only damaged my car. Extremely rude customer service. Avoid these people!!!

Horrible customer service! I have been working with their customer service for close to 2 months now trying to find the correct part number for oil!!! There is still no resolution and on top of this they seem to not care about their paying customer. Unfortunately this is the company that Audi pays to get their parts catalogue software developed so there is no alternative :(
