Absolutely awful website! Both me and my partner ordered new brake discs and pads for our cars. They sent out the wrong items even though we entered in all the correct details about our cars.
When we went to a local store, they weren’t able to give us a refund in store and told us we have to post the parts back to them in order to get our refund, where is the logic in that?
How does a business that revolves around distributing car parts not be able to send the correct car parts.
Will definitely not be using them again.

I thought I would try a reasonably local car parts supplier and was not disappointed. My Delphi wishbone for my Volvo XC70 was a very reasonable price and arrived the day after I had ordered it. In fact the price for the part was just a tiny bit more than one made by Starline from a very well known online parts retailer, but I haven't heard of the make Starline.

Never got my order .Hi I have ordered a rare wiper for my Chevrolet last week about 10 days ago and I still have not got the iteme which sopose to get that after 3 working days. I forgot my reference but I ordered for the address of 624 Holderness Road , Yankys shop. Could you Please refund all my money.

Originally the wrong battery was delivered. When the new battery came in, I called ahead to check it had arrived (having been told that they would call me which they didn't). Went to pick the batery up an hour later, only to find they had sold it to someone else. This meant I then had to wait another day for it to come in, meaning my wife couldn't make it to a hospital appointment.

Correct parts delivered quickly. That's the good bit. One part failed but obtaining a refund turned out to be an administrative nightmare. The policy seems to be to extend the process until you give up. I received the refund eventually.
