You created a label but never shipped my package. It's been over a month since I ordered. Haven't responded to my email asking where my package is located.

Part is late and has not been received yet.

The website showed the part was available in Greenville, SC, and would be shipped the same day. It ended up being shipped from Chicago 4 days after I ordered it. They did refund the extra money I paid to have it express shipped.

The part didnt work with my car and could not be programmed by dealer. They said I could return then would not provide return to do so. Won't return emails or phone calls..This company is a scam and their warranty isnt worth paper written on. Dont do it! I put in complaint with credit card and BBB. Hopefully they can refund my money.

This company sucks will not answer the phone 2 day delivery been 2 weeks . Part is only 500 miles away and won't ship it . Disgusting customer service. They had no problem taking our money just delivering the parts.

This company charged me $545 for a new board.but sent used part they ordered from an ebay seller.with a receipt for $230. I have called customer service three times.I have gotten zero answers. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was informed they can't do that. he would call me back. He has not instead I received an email stating they've supplied me with a return label per my request. I did not ask for a label. I am quite sure they will not except this used part as its not what was ordered.AWEFUL customer service

We had a little mishap with shipping at first, but everything was fixed after a few exchanged emails. Responses to the emails I sent were prompt. The shipping issue was resolved, and my part came in two days. Started off a little shaky, but the company came through on their word.
