Refund Pending – No Response From Support
I placed an order with Parts Big Boss and later cancelled it. A support ticket (#68006) was created to address the payment/refund, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the payment or any clear response from the support team.
I am still waiting for confirmation regarding whether the payment has been processed or when I can expect it. I hope the team improves communication and resolves pending refund issues promptly.

Don't buy anything from this site. My car in garage and I order from this site for parts. After payment nothing show about orders no updates 20 days now no money back no response from company.
Last week I buy from BOODMO (boodmo.com) . And unbelievable customer support delivery great, and can track your order from 1st day . If you want worry free buying go for BOODMO.com .. and stay away from this chutya site

I have ordered new Drive shaft for my i10 car, while oredering the delivery period was 5-7 days. Customer Care no is of no use since they will not attend and whatsapp also rarely they respond.AFter 1 month the part is delivered.
