Had 2 different orders on the same day

Had 2 different orders on the same day. Both were to arrive the same time. 1 order arrived on expected day. The other order did not arrive till almost a week later. The order according to tracking had the 3 parcels arriving on 1 day. Delivery day arrives and only 1 package shows up yet according to tracking 3 should have and now say 3 were delivered. Talked to Canpar and Jake from Parts Avatar and found that order was sent in 2 . Eventually received parts and Jake was very helpful. For being a canadian company, it is always a slower delivery of parts compared to other companies.

Easy to find my car parts and alot of selection (web site nicely organized). My only issue is that I dis not recieve my order 2 rotors as promised by date. It is showing it has not even shipped yet (2 days passed specified latest date)
