Total Scam! These guys should be put out of business! Pigs that give you every excuse not to give back your refund. They like to keep

Item did not fit vehicle

Item did not fit vehicle
I ordered the item from the Autopartsway.ca website. It noted that it fit my vehicle.
It arrived but did not fit.
I requested a return and after many questions they eventually authorized return of my approx $115 item (hood protector), BUT I have to pay to ship it back. Return shipping is at minimum (with Canada Post) $85 and if go with another parcel delivery (that gets it to them in 3 to 5 days) the cost is MORE than what I paid for the item.
I have emailed Customer Service several times and am now being ghosted.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
THEY HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

The parts were exactly what I needed and from the original manufacture.
I will purchase for you again before going to another supplier and have recommended you to others

Bad customer service

This company has shipped my parts to an address over 2000km away from my location. They refuse to correct there mistake and or get me my parts or give me my money back. They continue to give me reasoning that doesn't answer any questions I ask. They are continuing to give me the run around and stating I gave them the correct address. They also haven't given me a clarification my parts were being shipped or a tracking number or anything saying I paid for these parts. I got a confirmation code they give after the transaction is completed. I took a screenshot of it and thats all I have connecting me to the parts. Great prices if you can get the parts.

I found what I was looking for (which wasn't easy).
What I didn't like was the taxes on Shipping and the tipping (I really don't remember if I was the one to give it, or it came "by default"; "tipping is out of control"!)
I was happy with the shipping time and the parts.

Their Service Has Gone Downhill!!

I have previously been very happy with APW. This order was something different.

The shipping of two parts was in different shipments, and despite paying $7/ea extra for shipping, one the two parcels was lost. It went out/in/out several times in Que. I could have driven 60min myself to pick it up 4 days earlier. Both parcels BTW qualified for FREE shipping, as they were over $100 but I paid extra for both thinking they might arrive sooner.

Despite my attempts to locate the missing parts, APW obfuscated the tracking by saying, "It's scheduled for delivery today" and forwarding a screenshot of the Purolater tracking, which I could do myself. Well it wasn't delivered that day.

Only after contacting customer service twice, and being told "15 days is our window", did APW get on to Purolater to FIND the parcel. The Purolater delivery guys words upon a very late delivery, "Don't get me started"

Next time I'll use a local parts place or Benson's, germanparts or one of the other dozen online autoparts services. Your service has gone downhill. Shame.

My advice: Go somewhere else!

They have gotten me out of a jam…

They have gotten me out of a jam multiple times now. Great prices for everything in their catalogue and the cheap/free shipping is beyond belief. I just had an exhaust system shipped at no extra charge - totally beyond belief

Theives. Scammers. Should be shut down.

Ordered front leaf spring bushings for an '03 Xterra. They sent me bushings for a Tacoma. Different manufacturer, Different part number, Different colour, different everything and clearly the wrong parts. Im a licensed mechanic and know my parts, these were clearly not at all correct. I even took the time to drop out the front of the spring to confirm they weren't just a substitute, they're not. Contacted customer service and heard nothing for over a week. Submitted a return request and have been fighting with them for two weeks now to have them authorize the return, as they refuse to confirm that the parts are wrong. I've sent multiple emails back and forth, provided photos of the parts I've received vs. Screenshots of the listing for the parts I'd ordered, pointed out multiple times the difference between manufacturers, part numbers and vehicle fittings and still nothing. Theives. I'm currently out about 75 bucks and still can't repair my car. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE A-HOLES. Terrible customer service and you will be ripped off. I usually use Rockauto but they didn't have what I needed so I went with Autopartsway......NEVER again. Be warned.

No free shipping for Canadians charge…

No free shipping for Canadians charge for shipping then sends by UPS , From Richmond to Quesnel BC 7 days. Goes to Prince George first the back to Quesnel. No help from Company "it's out of their hands" Canada Post is 2 Days
