Outstanding Sabers and Customer Service
Had a few sabers from here and they guys are amazing. helped with choosing the sabers when i was unsure and have been great with answering my questions about the sabers after I received them. Ive got the Red Five (Luke ROTJ), Dark side Revan (The Dark), The Kaytoo (Apprentice saber) and ive just received The Brick (Lego Saber) for my Son this christmas. Both Xenopixels and Base Lit are class!

Product Quality - 5 Stars
Delivery Time - 4 Stars (Takes around 2/3 weeks in total but understandable for small business, They keep you updated the entire time with tracking number)
Overall - 5 Stars
Wont be going anywhere else for my lightsabers, Will need a few more before Star Wars Celebration In April!

Love it
My first Time buying a lightsaber and I’m over the moon with my purchase. Not only is the saber well made and one of the coolest things I own but I also had lots of extras added to my order. It came in a lockable hard case, with a display stand and a saber plug as added bonuses. Really chuffed and will 100% be buying from there again.

Saber issues completely resolved by these guys!!
The saber arrived late. There was an issue with the carrier. Than when I got it. There were issues with the saber. This is very disappointing. This is the 2nd saber I’ve had issues with.
Update: These guys were awesome! I had a lot of travel going on, but they were still able to take care of the issue. They sent me the replacement parts I needed and it’s good now!
I highly recommend these guys!

Could you also please clarify to the people reading these reviews that by writing "This is the 2nd saber I’ve had issues with." You do not mean it's the second Parsec Saber you have had issues with. And the first saber was purchased from another company.
Finally, your order was not delivered late. Our website states that tracking numbers are supplied within 1-2 weeks, and will be delivered 1-3 weeks after receiving the tracking number. At most this would be a 5 week period (35 days).
The order was placed on the 9th of November with the tracking number being supplied in just 8 days on the 17th of November. Following this, you package was signed for on the 27th of November meaning it was delivered in 10 days after receiving the tracking number. 18 days from the date the order was placed

AMAZING LIGHTSABER
I bought this lightsaber for my son's 15th birthday. He is incredibly happy with this as the product is very good quality and looks great too. I am so happy with the service too and it arrived within about 2 weeks. I am now going to order another one for my 9 year old who is a BIG Star Wars fan. Thank you for your amazing lightsaber.
