They didn't have my online booking so had difficulties accessing and leaving the car park - cars not parked uniformed so difficulties getting out of the carpark.

The application went very quickly and very accurately. The transaction was secure, without any problems.
THE BIG PROBLEM WAS THAT THAT FAST LINE IS ONLY ON PAPER, BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE ONLY 15 PEOPLE IN THAT QUEUE, NOTHING WAS WORKING, AND THE WAITING TIME WAS 45 MINUTES FOR 15 PEOPLE. THERE IS NO ORGANIZATION AT ALL, THE STAFF WHO SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS GOING NORMALLY SHOUTING AND ARGUING AT PASSENGERS WHO ARE IN THE FAST LINE WITH A TICKET PURCHASED FOR THIS SERVICE. IT IS A BLACK BALL FOR THE DORTMUND AIRPORT STAFF BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PREPARED TO DEAL WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND THEY ARE NOT PREPARED TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THOSE WHO WANT TO PURCHASE THIS SERVICE. THIS IS A BLACK BALL FOR THIS SERVICE BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN ANY CASE FAST LINE, IT IS BETTER A PATHETIC SERVICE THAT ONLY NEEDS MONEY, WITHOUT REALLY PROVIDING THE SERVICE FOR WHICH IT IS PAID.
SOMETHING MUST BE TAKEN URGENTLY SO THAT THIS FAST LINE SERVICE TRULY BE WHAT IT SHOULD BE. THE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SERVICE WAS LIKE AT AN AIRPORT FROM THE 1990S.

It was no automatic opening the ramp but I had to calll operator and confirm my reservation and payment. I do not know where was mistackle.

I ve been dealing with this company for 6 years,i never had a problem,they were super nice,but this last time i booked for valet parking they refused to talk my car because i was 20 minutes early, i explain to lady who answered the phone on may 6,2026 that i would lose my flight, shearrogant and started yelling on the phone,i ended up having to find another company and missing my flight,
This perfect example on how one employee can distroy a company and how one person can destroy the reputation of the italians

The platform isn’t reliable at all. They charged me with €33,99 and they didn’t provide me with any service.
They didn’t sent me the reservation voucher, and the platform wasn’t accessible as well, so I didn’t have any proof of reservation and I didn’t know the park location.
Also, my reservation was for 8am, the park received my reservation at 10 !! So I ended up paying the money and got nothing in return and they refused to refund me back. They just managed to disrupt my travel plan and I ended up paying extra €50 for a taxi to the airport.
Not recommended at all it’s a total scam!

Update to your reply: All details and proofs was sent to your email and WhatsApp no, I was told no refund will happen.I hope you re-investigate and look closely on the timelines of the sent proofs because your platform was glitching causing this mess.
