Having worked in the skincare industry myself, I was shocked by my experience at this clinic. What was advertised as a complimentary experience quickly turned into an upsell. I was ultimately charged £500 for a hydra facial (£120 at competitor clinics) and a lesion removed £62 else where) , which is outrageous given that there was no price list displayed — not online, in the clinic, or discussed in advance. So the £500 is a massive shock!!
No receipt was provided, and the lack of transparency felt completely unprofessional. When I contacted the manager to request a refund, they refused but later came back with £100 and to sign a NDA. It’s now been five days since my last correspondence and despite numerous emails and phone calls, no one has responded or resolved the issue since.
To make matters worse, the lesion they were meant to remove and treat — charged at £295!! without discussion — has still not been removed eight days after the procedure.
This experience feels like a scam. The pricing is unclear, the service lacks integrity, and the aftercare is nonexistent. I strongly advise others to avoid this clinic or proceed with extreme caution!!

Prices vary dependent on the service and treatment received from clinic to clinic, premium clinics will charge more for expertise and safer service.
We uphold a premium service for which our clients appreciate and return to us for.

I've been coming to Naila for nearly 2 years. Having had a recent bad experience with an unregulated practitioner, I can absolutely vouch for the importance of having a practitioner like Naila - she is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and safe. She has always personalised my treatments to give me exactly what I need, and I trust her implicitly.
Naila offers a premium service and the pricing reflects this. Having learnt my lesson the hard way with a knock off cheap deal elsewhere, I'd recommend saving yourself the stress of a botched job and give Naila a call first!
