This location seems like it's out in nowhere, but its very close to the airport. Roughly, about 5 minutes to the airport. The staff are friendly. Our car was in the condition we turned it in. What else could you want? On top of that, it's cheaper than most places. Definitely will be using this again.

We have parked four cars at Park Plus 6 times now during our family vacations. The location and staff are absolutely wonderful. We are shuttled over to the airport very fast and safely. We never have any worries about our vehicles while we are away. Pick up is essy and smooth. I would definitely recommend this company for your next parking needs.

Drivers friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Office needs work: I arrived on a shift change and my first telephone call (after baggage) was forgotten about. That was after waiting on hold for 5 m. Had to call again (& hold again). Office forgot to wash my car, which I had paid for (refunded). The car was not ready near the office, instead deep in the lot, hard to find. Despite the quick drivers, I took nearly 2 HOURS to get from the airport (after baggage) to be in my car. Also, the website gives the wrong address, indicating it is a couple miles up S Conduit Blvd., away from the airport. That created another delay.

I literally pulled into the parking lot, they took my bag and I hopped in the shuttle for the airport. When I came back I called them when I had my bags and they were there to pick me up without me having to wait. Super convenient, safe, and reliable. I'm a female in my thirties and I usually travel alone and I felt very comfortable with their service.

We were driven right to our terminal in a clean, comfortable Mercedes van, and then picked up within 10 minutes of our phone call after we had our bags collected. Our car was waiting for us, ready to go!

Excellent service would recommend and use again. Used their Groupon. James was "The Man"!!

Great company,very friendly but professional at the same time. When we called for pick up at the airport they were there in record time.. They had our cars lined up at the office so all we had to do was pay and go.. This is our 5th time using them, wouldn't go anywhere else....

Services where good, just it took a little longer to pick me up but not bad considering some construction that was going on at the terminal.

I looked long and hard at places for parking in Newark. Finally settled on Park Plus. They were great. After picking up my car, I thought my EZPass was missing. They went above and beyond to find out what happened. Turns out Larry was right - and I was wrong! I found it just like he said under my seat. They really tried hard to make sure I was satisfied. Will use them again!

We have a great experience with Park Plus. Our departing flight was early in the morning so we had to drop our car off at 4 am. The only part of the service that was not was was our driver here quickly grabbed our bags and threw them in the van and drove us to the airport. Our return trip was great. James was our driver and he provided excellent service and transferred all our luggage from the van to our cars. I would use Park Plus again.

This is the first time we leave our vehicle at park plus parking and we will use them again.Great customer service and our car was exactly how we left it.They brought us and picked us up from there airport at a timely matter.No waiting to get picked up when we arrived from our vacation.
