ParkLet was launched in 2004 to offer an alternative to traditional parking. Parking had, and continues to, become ever more expensive and more difficult to find. Congestion and traffic is on the increase, whilst the government actively discourages the provision of parking spaces to try and encourage people out of their cars and onto crumbling public transport. The founder members had noticed unused private parking spaces in areas where parking was in high demand. ParkLet was created to offer an effective marketplace and management service for the letting of these parking spaces and garages. Over the years the team has grown, and our systems evolved to enable us to become the UK’s leading agent for parking spaces and garages. We currently have in excess of 20,000 spaces advertised to let, across the whole of the UK. Our Landlords include residential clients with a single space, as well as most of the national car park companies and councils, and most things in between. Our aim moving forwards is to remain completely focused on contract parking and garages, and continue to invest in our systems and staff so that we can offer our customers an ever improving experience.

I was looking for a secure parking place near London. Parklet helped me very well to get one. Thank you very much.
The booking, the contact to the landlord and the payment was extraordinary easy and worked very good. I will use parklet in future.
Great service. Needed a parking spot in London for two periods of a few days for a hire car. Found a couple of suitable spots but didn't have the car details yet, so phoned Parklet, got to speak to an *actual person* and they advised how to proceed. Impressed with the ease of the service.
Great service. They put up my description, a week later I could make changes and a month later my space was rented. All financials as expected, on time.
We have been letting our parking space via ParkLet for nearly a year and the experience has been positive throughout. Thank you to everyone in all departments for your constantly swift and efficient help, and to Naomi and Kiara for your availability and assistance in any query
this whole platform is a disaster. 4 bookings, all offers rejected, one week doesn't seem to be enough. The landlord here also canceled the booking in order to make me another offer outside of the platform. The customer service representatives always regret the rejections and offer to help with the offer, but they don't. All empty words. NEVER AGAIN!
The driver crashed and broke my wall and has not repaired it ParkLet have washed their hands of it
Do not use PARKLET signed up to ParkLet and the first person they sent me drove straight into my wall breaking my wall in the process now for £17.50 I have a whole new wall to repair alot of children lean on this wall when going to school. Parking space was as expected.
Car was secure and as I left it, when I returned.
Agent called me up to rent carpark space for 200 pcm
Thought this was a good offer so cancelled the substantially lower offer. When I called for an update agent abrasive said how can I help? Well call you back when we have an update
Meanwhile I canceled the cheaper parking space and the wrote back to say another space found even though initially park let said negotiating 2 months up front..
