ABSOLUTE SCUM COMPANY!!!!!
Parasites.
Got a parking fine for being in an empty car park within the time limit. Came back next week to find they changed the signs and was sent a fine of £100. Was told if I paid within 14 days it would be reduced to £60 via letter that arrived two days outside of the 14 day period. Parasites who offer nothing of value to society and should be culled.
Supermarket car parks should not have parking restrictions
Not that this will make any difference to the fine, but being fined for parking outside a supermarket store while shopping should be stopped. I won’t be shopping at that supermarket again.
Untrustworthy site to enter bank details
I have tried to pay this fine many times using the telephone abd unable to do so as i get cut off before being able to enter my bank details.
I have emailed the company to be sarcastically replied to telling me how many zeros are in my references number.
I still can't get through to them and i dont trust the website as it doesn't have the padlock sign saying it is safe.
It makes me think i am forced to putting my bank details and they don't want to solve the telephone issue.
Charged £100 for shopping at a shopping…
Charged £100 for shopping at a shopping centre. Have numerous receipts for shopping. Then received this fine by post after the 14 day period you have to pay it by.
These people are the pits.
we parked at hospital in disabled as…
we parked at hospital in disabled as was rushing mum to hospital suspected heart attack as she has a blue badge went to register car nobody at hospital as was evening and my mums health was more important than trying to register car we feel discusted with these greedy car park companys we wrote an appeal but just got a letter saying i was over the 14 days to appeal i have copies of letters but can not speak to a human being so paid as cant do with the stress they are discusting
Shocking
Completely shocked when got a fine through the post. We had parked at a West Bromwich car park in a disabled bay with a disabled badge showing, and did not see any signs telling us about a charge. Scandalous how they get away with it.
No first letter, extortionate admin charges
Did not receive a 1st letter, just the 'reminder' with £100 fine, so wasn't offered option of a reduced fee (£60?). Tried to use the website, with an admin fee of £1.50, to pay as this seems the most cost efficient. Sat for over 3 hours and stuck on the holding page. Stressful and frustrating.
Paying by phone to a premium business number will be extortionate, someone on here quoting an extra £8, as it is 2p a min plus the network provider excess charge.
My only option now is to post 1st class with proof of posting. So cost of 1st class stamp (£1.65) plus their £2.50 admin charge for daring to send a cheque... £4.15 admin charge.
Not a fair or transparent process.
If you have made a mistake and want to sort it out these people just delight in rubbing your nose in it.
Trying to fine disabled people when…
Trying to fine disabled people when clearly parking in a disabled parking bay and also adhere to the rules displaying a valid Blue Badge. They clearly do not check the cameras. DISCUSTING! It's hard enough being disabled or looking after someone disabled without this scamming scheeming company trying to pinch money out of people's pockets. The sad thing is some people will just get scared and pay it or not know how to deal with it. SCUM!
I’d give it zero stars if I could
I’d give it zero stars if I could! Submitted evidence of a medical emergency, as well as proof that even once sorted I could not move my vehicle, and they have denied my appeal. There is no regulatory body for these crooks, so they are free to exploit vulnerable people who have no other option but to park incorrectly. No number to speak to a person, no email address either. Absolute joke
The machine was wrong.
After my husband's pre-op, I was so tired. I struggled to pay at the machine. A very kind woman helped me. Then we found my stay in the hospital was less than an hour. The woman said I didn't have to pay. I saw the screen which showed it was free. But I recived a letter today telling me that I had to pay but I didn't. I wanted to appeal my innocence. But I don't have the energy since my husband had a cancer. I just paid. Next time I will keep the reciept to prove my innocence.
Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company, all machines broken not processing payment, drove out and still got a ticket, tried to appeal and got ignored, do youself a favour and don't give your business to anywhere that uses theives on their car parks.
Thieves
Thieves, no working ticket machines so they just bill people. Total scammers.
