Easy and quick to deal with
Was very easy to book and was able to give special requests for drop off and collection which they were able to meet. All my emails were responded to very quickly including one sent on a Sunday.

Fantastic service
A great company to deal with. Skip arrived as arranged and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Called to get the skip removed as I’d filled it quicker than planned and it was removed the next day. Highly recommend Parker’s!!

Small skip Big truck
Despite delivering larger skips before this delivery of a 2yd skip to my preferred position was a task beyond the driver. Apparantly I should have known about the intracacies of skip delivery logistics, after being put through to Bob-in-the-yard when I phoned the office to see if it could be redelivered on a smaller vehicle. My choice was to pay for a second delivey or put up with where the driver was able to place it. This is the first time PSH failed to do a top job.

Firstly, we would like to apologise that you feel PSH have failed to do a top job on this occasion. Having delivered to you before we are grateful not only to new customers but returning customers alike.
When delivering skips, it’s not the size of the skip that makes it difficult to place in some preferred positions, it’s the size of the lorry.
We certainly do not expect our customers to have knowledge of the logistics involved in delivering however we are specialists in what we do having 40 years’ experience in waste management and using these years of experience of doing our absolute best not to damage a customer’s property.
I can see from the previous hires you have had we had delivered the skip on a smaller lorry, this particular lorry was not the one that delivered to you recently, however our driver who has many years of experience was unable to manoeuvre the lorry to the exacting place you requested and placed the skip without causing any damage to your property.
Our office is managed by a highly skilled team of staff who have worked for PSH for many years, we pride ourselves on delivering the best customer experience possible. I am sorry that you feel we didn’t achieve this when you spoke to our Transport Manager.
I can see that the skip was collected yesterday successfully after the term of hire was completed and I do hope that you will consider us again in the future for your waste disposal requirements.

Phs skip hire review
Great service. Skip delivered first thing Monday morning after ordering online sat afternoon. Answered questions i had regarding what items could go in the skip. Lady on the phone very friendly and helpful. I have had 2 skips now and would highly recommend this company

I have always used PSH and have always found them to very attentive to the customer’s needs
I have always used PSH and have always been impressed with how easy it is to book and pay for a skip. The prices are competitive but most of all I was very impressed with how the driver placed the skip in the very best place to suit access for my car and to make it as easy for me to load the skip.
