The couch is absolutely beautiful. We love that we can raise it. It’s so comfortable. Not to heavy to manoeuvre to hoover in and around the couches. Definitely recommend Parker Knoll

Good furniture, well made and made in Britain, too.

The sofa was delivered promptly. The delivery men were very helpful.

Our sofas were delivered earlier than planned, which was great. One sofa had a fault. Within a week a lovely man, Robert, came out, all the way from Nottingham. He resolved the issue. Robert was diligent, courteous and very helpful.

Engineer was excellent. Sorted the problem out straight away. Very professional

We were very pleased with our Furniture items once they were excellently unpacked and positioned in our Lounge. They look amazing, and are extremely well made and presented. We have no reason to believe they will not live up to our expectations, but it is, obviously, early days.

The furniture arrived on time with two suitably strong men to manipulate two big sofas.
The sofas are very comfortable, look good and I hope will last many years.

I can't thank Parker Knoll enough for their help in sending me a replacement castor leg ,at no charge,for one of their sofas that I bought several years ago. The central pin supporting the castor had sheared off for no apparent reason.I was not holding my breath that there would be any remedy so was surprised and delighted that not only could they send a replacement (having traced my purchase through the batch number) but at no cost to myself as a "gesture of goodwill".I don't see that service can get any better than this !

Steve Peberdy a service technician came out to repair the arm of our new sofa which had recieved slight camage to a zip on the arm. He remove the arm of the chair drove back to the factory in Sheffield and returned the repaired arm the same day. his Journey took aprox 2 hours each way. He was both friendly poite and proffessional.( now thats what I call service)

Robert Green came exactly on the promised appointment time, and quickly convinced us of his knowledge, experience and competence. He was meticulous is removing his outdoor shoes, and this was typical of his approach to our home and especially the repair he was undertaking. He was very tidy, ensuring every staple he removed was carefully put in a bag to be taken away with him. Ideal person for the role with his experience and knowledge.

Excellent customer service. We bought 3 sofas 10 years ago but wanted the alternative feet (without castors) as felt these would indent the carpet less. To our surprise these were supplied foc without question and very promptly. New feet now fitted and very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Parker Knoll furniture, great quality and UK made.

Stylish …of high quality and a very comfortable classic wing chair. Delivered well within estimated timeframe. Quite expensive. I may well purchase the same chair on a different fabric merely for a change!

Our Manhattan recliner developed a grinding noise around the headrest area, shortly after a couple of weeks' use. Robert quickly diagnosed and corrected a loose hinge bolt, taking the time to explain the issue. Great after sales service.

Robert was very Polite and friendly Gentleman he was able to fix the issue with our Recliner, by replacing the switmch buttons on the side, and checking everthing over. Robert was excellent workman 10/10 thank you Parker knoll

We had a problem with our chair reclining. We called Parker knoll service department they were marvellous. Got back to us gave us a date for the repair man to come to repair chair, He came earlier than expected very professional solve, the problem chair electrics put replacement switches, put everything to how it should look on the chair perfectly

Having been everywhere looking for a new comfortable sofa, I eventually chose a Manhattan Large 2 seater with CWren fabric.Whilst I have no quarrel with the design and it does look beautiful, be aware that this particular fabric wrinkles if you look at it and is uncomfortable to sit on after about 1\2 an hour, as it ruckles up underneath your body, I have been advised by the very nice technician who came to view the sofa that I should smooth it out before I sit on it. I suppose I will have to accept that and put up with it. But I am not happy as these sofas are not cheap.

The electric recliner sofa was delivered on time however, the delivery team did not put it together correctly. It felt unstable and was noisy and creaky was sitting down or moving about. Both sides of the sofa had not been screwed together properly. Downtown sent someone to check who confirmed this. I then had to wait another month for a furniture repairer to come and tighten the fixings. It still creaks and the cushions on the reclining sides sink. Disappointed in the quality and the fitting team.

Problem with electric recliner. Reported to shop who contacted pk and they sent technician 2days later. Robert Green came and fixed it within an hour. Very thorough and a great job. Very happy with the service.
