I contacted the original supplier of the suite regarding the issue and they immediately contacted Duresta. Within a few days Duresta had called me and arranged an appointment with the service team. Service technician (Rob) called as booked and agreed a resolution under warranty. Rob was on time, helpful and informative. Many thanks. Expecting new seat cushions in a couple of weeks.

We have just purchased a new three piece suite from Duresta to replace our old and much loved suite, which was also Duresta. There was an issue with the furniture passport number which led me to email Duresta. I received an extremely prompt and helpful response from Amanda in customer services. Duresta make exceptional furniture but also have reassuringly high standards of customer service.

We ordered a 3 piece suite March 2025. It was delivered 14 weeks later. One of the chairs was a completely different fabric to the rest of the suite. Also one of the settee seat cushions was too small leaving a large gap between the seat cushion and settee arm. The storage box cushion was also incorrectly fitted and was placed on an angle. We complained, so Duresta agreed to replace the whole suite.
14 weeks later a new suite was delivered for us to find the hinge on the pouffe was fitted too close to the interior and the internal fabric was torn. The back cushion on one of the chairs was also incorrectly sewn ie the cut out for one of the chair arms was crooked. We declined to accept the suite. Obviously there must have been absolutely zero quality control for these errors to have been allowed to be passed on to the customer. Duresta is a costly suite but we wanted to support a British made business. We were extremely disappointed and have subsequently bought an Italian suite which is perfect. We have not been offered any compensation at all by Duresta. My advice is to avoid Duresta unless quality control practices vastly improve.

Absolutely appalled with Duresta. My mother has a sofa which is far older than mine and still looks like new, hence my purchase. I took out furniture protection on an expensive Duresta sofa. The Duresta sofa looks fit for the tip! I was told it is usual wear and tear, despite a member of customer services telling me how shocked they were previously over how my sofa had shed. It looks like several geese have been killed in my lounge. The amount of feathers and difference in colour is dreadful!!! I am so upset, especially as I had purchased furniture protection insurance policies, which I have not been able to claim on either! I feel completely ripped off!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Purchased in 2014, we thought the 2 seater sofa was showing possible damage to the frame. Contacted customer services, Amanda replied promptly and technician visit arranged. He looked inside at the frame and reassured us that the frame or springs are not damaged, and the sagging is due to excess wear on that side of the sofa (this is the side my husband always sits). He was a very nice chap, and it was fascinating to see the work that goes into the making of the sofa. It is so-nice to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its product and its customers - many thanks Duresta. I should add that I couldn’t find the original receipt and Fenwicks of Leicester ceased trading in 2017 - so thanks to Fenwicks of Newcastle aftersales too.

I have just briefly read some of the other reviews on here - and it seems that everyone else agrees with me. Amanda is outstanding. I called today with two questions and expected perfunctory, brief responses. 30 minutes and at least 15 questions later, I gave up trying to think of a question regarding Duresta products to which Amanda did not know the answer. Ok - but only half joking. Amanda's knowledge, patience, cheerfulness, professionalism and clear passion for her product were outstanding. But the icing on the cake was her offer to arrange a VIP visit to a more local store than London. Majed from Cobham called me within the hour. He, too, was absolutely superb. I already own 3 Duresta sofas, so my questions were very niche. Majed was as fabulous as Amanda and I cannot wait to visit the store to enjoy the in-person Duresta experience. Quality products, quality service and exceptional advisers.

I contacted Duresta Customer Service for advice on cleaning my sofa and chair. Jack and Amanda went to great lengths to find out exactly what material my furniture is made from and advised me accordingly. It must have taken some doing because I wasn't able to give them all the details they needed.

Amanda from customer care was incredibly helpful in arranging the repair of my sofa for a minor issue. She was prompt, courteous, and ensured the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.
