Ive bought 3 of these strimmers. One 5yr ago it lasted 2yr. The 2nd last Aug i bought it on the 2nd Aug with a 2yr warranty £96. We used it 4 times and then in Sept the RECOIL JAMMED. IT BROKE. THE CO' HAD US DOING PICS AND VIDEOS AND AFTER A FULL DAY SAID THEYD SEND US A NEW RECOIL AS IT WAS IN 30DAYS. IT came in sept we used the machine 3 more times in sept then emptied it of petol and oil cleaned it and stored it for winter. Got it back out in June and used it 2 more times so only used 6 or 7 times in total. The recoil jammed again broke. I simply ordered a new one couldn't go thru pics and vids again cost me £36. It came it worked but the machine still wouldnt keep running it kept cutting out. My hubby looked at it said the fuel pipes were corroded and a weight was inside the petrol tank loose he didn't no what it was. So after 7 uses the dam thing was JUNK. SO I ORDERED A BRAND NEW ONE AS THIS ONE WAS ONLY 10MTHS OLD USED 7TIMES. PHONED THE CO UP SAID I WANT A FULL REFUND. SPOKE TO LLYOD A MANAGER A DIFINITIVE REJECTION TO A REFUND. ON THE PHONE BLAMED ME/US FOR STORING IT WITH PETROL IN IT SAID THAT WOULD CORRODE THE FUEL PIPE. WE DIDN'T WE EMPTIED IT. AFTER ARGUING HE SAID SEND IT BACK AND THIS COST ME £9.68 TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM WASN'T EVEN THEIR COST. THEYVE HAD THE MACHINE FOR OVER A WK TOLD US IT WAS THE CARBURTOR WEVE PUT TO MUCH OIL MIXTURE IN IT SO BLAMED US AGAIN. SAID THEYVE COURTEOUSLY REPLACED THE AIR COVER AND FUEL PIPES LIKE WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL. IF THEY WERENT BROKE THEY DIDNT NEED IT. SO I ARGUED RE THE WARRANTY. IF YOU ABOUT TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM THIS FAMILY RUN COWBOY FIRM THEN PLEASE LOOK AT THE SPECS AND DETAILS OF THE PRODUCT AND PRESS ONTO THE WARRANTY. YOU WILL ONLY FIND THE PRODUCT IS FOR 30DAYS THE REST IS ON A LIST OF WEAR AND TEAR SHITE THAT MAKES THE WHOLE MACHINE UP IN OTHER WORDS REGARDLES WE USED IT 7 TIMES BROKE 2 TIMES LESS THAN A YR OLD ITS WEAR AND TEAR OUR FAULT HOW WE USED IT. BOLLOCKS. ITS SHITE PRODUCT NOT GAURANTEED. SO DONT BE FOOLED THINKING YOUR COVERED FOR REFUND REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. YOU'RE NOT. IF ITS ON THE LIST. ITS NOT COVERED. END OF AND YOU'LL PROBABLY GET THE BLAME FOR THE USE AS WELL. SO SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WONT EVER AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND EITHER. DISGUSTED WE ARE 68 AND 69YR OLD WE DON'T EVEN PUT XMAS DECS AWAY WITH BATTERIES IN THEM WE ARE SAFE AND USE MACHINERY AS THE MANUAL STATES. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE MEANT TO PAY US FOR THE POSTAGE £9.68. THE 2ND RECOIL WE BOUGHT OF £36 AND THE STRESS THEYVE CAUSED IN GETTING THIS RESOLVED. AND I HAVEN'T CHECKED THE MACHINE YET TO SEE IF WORKING AS MY HUBBY IS IN HOSPITAL HAVING SURGERY SO CAN'T CHECK FOR ANOTHER WEEK YET. DISGUSTED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The actual product is very poor. Constantly breaks all though the actual engine is very good they just need to look at the connections.

Just received my order which was a water fed window brush. For the money it is great quality and well made. Delivery was fast.
I have only used the product once so far but I can only say it does the job well and only time will tell

Horrendous aftercare service bought a 440litre fuel tank
Tank gauge failed the pump failed.After sales wanted umpteen videos of non working parts .Contacted initially on the the 06/07/26 Emailed to say replacement pump had been sent on 08/07/26contacted again on the 13/07/26 and was informed it would be sent shortly.Arrived on 14/07/26 tried to fit on the 17/07/26
Was wrong pump ,different wattage different hole mounting pattern and impeller cover screw loose and unable to be tightened.Contacted customer services 17/07/26 and spoke to Lloyd who was going to call back once ge got to root of the problem.Now 21/07/26 no call back and tank does still does not have an operative pump or fuel tank gauge.
Reply to review from Parker Brand said they had been in touch this morning.Sorry but that is incorrect and they have not been in touch since Friday when they sent an email to say they had received the last set of videos.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I bought one of their multi-tools, and it arrived faulty and is completely unusable. Instead of dealing with the issue, they seem determined to avoid taking responsibility.

I’ve been asked multiple times to send videos showing the fault, which I’ve already done, yet they continue to delay the process rather than offer a proper solution. It feels like they’re doing everything they can to avoid refunding or replacing a product that is clearly defective.

The product is faulty, not fit for purpose, and I have no confidence in this company after the way they’ve handled my complaint. It’s been nothing but a frustrating waste of time.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. If something goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect them to make things right.

First compressor purchase at a very good price with exceptionally quick delivery. Good communication also.

First time using Parker Products Ltd. It was a pleasant experience. Very easy website. Reviews were good.

I ordered two industrial fans I was expecting delivery this Friday but they turned up today (Monday). We tried out the fans, yes a little noisy, but will be a God send in our community halls.

Delivery was before expected. Have bought from you before and found very helpful for parts. Excellent products and reasonably priced.

Got a chainsaw around a year ago, something wasn't right it, contacted customer service and issues were resolved immediately. Great saw. Now got a lawnmower and it does exactly what it should, long grass big shrubs, chops everything on the way. If I will need something else it will be a Parker Brand

Bought a multitool, used it twice, it then stopped working. Correct oil/fuel mix, sparking, not flooded. Contacted customer services who stated on their website they respond within 8 hours, no response received, a week later had to call customer services who then replied to my email informing me the machine was flooded! A YouTube video was sent showing how to sort the flooded machine, I replied having gone through their procedure to let them know it wasn’t flooded. At this point they requested a video to prove I had followed their process! Duly sent and now still waiting to hear back from customer services. Appalling service, cheap rubbish machines, save your money and buy a quality product, I certainly won’t be buying anymore junk from this company. The customer service is also atrocious.
