DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. Purchased a milk frother that worked for just a few weeks then quit. It was still within the warranty window, so I reached out to the company and was promised a replacement. First they said they would just send a new one, then changed their minds and required the original to be sent back. Then began the 9 months of runaround. Constantly saying "It's not in stock" (while it was still actively being sold on Amazon, so this was an obvious lie). They never did send a replacement after I sent the original. When I asked receiving about a different replacement item, I continually got messaged of "we're checking with the warehouse team to see what's in stock" then no response. Absolute scam of a company. Don't waste your money!!!

Don't waste your money on a Paris Rhone…

Don't waste your money on a Paris Rhone 4 in 1 Milk Frother. I bought one for my daughter for Christmas, and after being used for less than 6 weeks it broke. Amazon were no help with a refund or replacement, I was told to conract the manufacturer. Despite emailing repeatedly, sending all the product information and a video of it not working, I still haven't had any resolution, no offer of a repair, replacement or refund. Appalling customer service, useless product.

Received Paris Rhône milk frothier last…

Received Paris Rhône milk frothier last January as a gift. Really nice frother. After 6 months it quit. Got in touch with PR and they gladly sent another. Today January 2025 it quit. So even though they are a great frother, doesn’t seem to last. We bought one for the rv last June and will see how long it lasts. Too bad.

Brilliant Customer service

I bought a milk frother from this company and after about 10months this failed. Basically the mechanism seized. I contacted customer services and I was asked for more information by Alma in customer services. She was very professional and prompt in our contact and unusually for companies I always had my messages answered by her. Usually you are shuffled among whoever picks up your message. Alma dealt with me throughout and I now have a replacement frother. She was very professional and compassionate. Best customer service I have ever received in my life and I am in my seventies!

Helpful customer service

I had the basket air fryer - the coating started to come off after a few uses. Customer service was polite, professional and courteous - and persistent! It took a couple of months but I received my replacement.
I love that they are non toxic.

Worst Amazon purchase, ever.

Bought a dehumidifier from Amazon made by them. Spent a whole afternoon with the controls, moving the water bucket, plugging and unplugging, and the compressor didn't ever come on. Worst Amazon purchase, ever.

The company has a problem. They collect your money for 2 days and canceled. They dont want to sell i think...

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Bought their nugget ice machine. It failed and their customer service was helpful. They let us pick a replacement item since they no longer supported the ice machine. A few short months later that item also failed (air fryer). This time they would not support it. That’s two expensive appliances that failed within one year. Seems this brand is struggling with product support and quality builds.

Very easy

Very easy, I was able to use PayPal to split payments and really appreciate the insurance because I live in a nice community but people sneak in to steal amazon packages. I'm so excited I've saved up since Christmas I finally get my gift!

Product . Latest 4k projector is a china rebranded product. Feels very china and low lumens. Customer support is a mess with call center asia. They charge 70$ for return shipping USPS ? Avoiding at all cost.

My experience has been the worst yet…

My experience has been the worst yet and I’m 58 years old and I’ve never been treated this badly in my life. What do you mean you won’t send me a replacement vacuum cleaner or give me a full refund ? This was not my fault that my order got shipped to the wrong address because I gave y’all my physical address and instead you sent my package to my mailing address which is a p o box and you should know that UPS doesn’t ship to the po box address. I’ve already contacted an attorney for this and you’ll pay for this.

Price,quality. Would like to see better communication. I recieved a email that it was shipped and a couple hours later it was on my doorstep. Other than that I love it. I chose free shipping and the 4th day I recieved. Thank you

Responsive and attractive, bugs overcome with persistence

I appreciated the appearance and ease of navigating the website. It was quick and responsive. I found the information on the product a bit lacking as I couldn't see how the agitator interacted with the item, though I figured it out from wording, narrative, and context.

The ordering process was a bit frustrating as the Mastercard "easy" process was not easy. I started on my iPad but had to switch to the computer as the iPad did not work with that ordering. Also, the pricing was significantly different between the website and Amazon. It was a bit odd moving from one to the other.

The other confusing part was that on my iPad the product was cheaper on your site with a markdown, but on my computer it was more expensive. Thankfully, I was able to share the site from my iPad to computer to get the discounted price.

Thus, a responsive and attractive site, but with struggles on pricing, payment, and Amazon/native site navigation.

Overall, I would go back and use again as the quality and attention detail made up for the bugs.
