Terrible customer service! Arrogant and slow.

Terrible customer service! Arrogant and slow.

I have a yearly subscription 200+ EUR and have onboarded 7 employees on Sider. I like the product itself, but the customer support experience has been genuinely awful.

After traveling, I was suddenly locked out across all my devices - browser, incognito, and mobile. I reached out for help and got a series of slow, copy-paste responses that took days to resolve a simple login issue. Each reply was just one sentence offering no real guidance, forcing me to keep following up just to move the conversation forward.

When they finally did something (logging me out of all devices), the rep added: "Please note that we won't do that again." Excuse me? I'm a paying customer with a team on your platform, and your support rep is lecturing me with attitude instead of just fixing the problem? That response was condescending and completely uncalled for.

The issue wasn't even resolved after that - I still couldn't log in. No follow-up, no apology, nothing. Just silence.

For a B2B product where businesses depend on reliable access, this level of support is unacceptable. If you're considering Sider for your team, factor in that when something goes wrong, you're on your own. And this seems like their technical issue, I still don´t have access + I lost access to all my discussions.

Dont get it!

Dont get it!

I have used it for 3 months and the service and models keep getting worse. I can send you cases, where the model told me wrong information, the pdf read function is NOT working, so it wont summarize documents, which is a basic function. Google AI, DeepAI so much better for free, if you dont mind the data scam. But the worst is the poor customer service. There is NO chat bot, I am a one year subscriber and they will NOT help, answer after 2 days per mail, which is a shame for the money. This customer service should be replaced by chat bots - both useless.

WAY TOO STUPID AND BEGS ME TO PAY

DO NOT GET THIS AI. IT IS WAY TOO STUPID, AND WHEN I USED IT ON AN ONLINE CLASS, IT SAID THE WRONG ANSWER TO THE QUESTION. I ASKED IT 1 QUESTION AND GOT IT WRONG, AND IT BEGS ME TO PAY WAY TOO MUCH.

Appalling.

Appalling.

Tried to delete account after one day.

Chat bot was useless and even re-phrased my English.

The delete pathway should be CLEAR and intuitive under account settings.

I do not recommend Sider.AI

I do not recommend Sider.AI. It’s relatively expensive and handles different AIs poorly. It often uses non-existent words. It feels like it’s just trying to imitate the original AIs. In my opinion, its image editor is outright dumb.

What I suggest instead: use the original AIs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). If you really like one of them (for example, I prefer ChatGPT), subscribe to that directly rather than paying for this.

Their refund policy is not flexible. It was difficult to find where to cancel the monthly subscription, so they charged me for the next period, and I didn’t use any of it. I wrote to them, explaining that I’m aware of the refund policy, but the cancellation option was hidden for me. I told them I hope customer satisfaction is worth more to them than 10 USD and asked them to refund the amount.

They replied briefly that it is possible to cancel the subscription and that they are unable to issue a refund. For all these reasons, I’m giving them 1 star.

Great for making websites and Presentations

I have used Sider AI to create 3 websites and 2 presentations. Does its job well. Word of Caution: It only creates the front end for websites for the most part, back end logics and data base etc dont seem to be supported. So works great for corporate websites where you just want to display information and leave your contact details for people to reach you, dont expect it to make a backend management portal or anything. I found the cost (USD 195 for a year) worth it for my use.

I have a Sider.ai Unlimited account But That's…

Sider.ai be aware of the ? That tells it is not unlimited you only have 1500 credits don't be deceive by the words unlimited. You have a Unlimited account But That's not True. Since paying US$300 in March 2025 I have paid NZ$200 for more credit as my unlimited account went over it's limited and I only had 1500 credits left on my so called unlimited account. A day later I had to buy more credit NZ$150 as the AI web creator keeps playing like pretending to create when it is not real the AI builds a fake website that is missing things & just a landing page. I am sad after a cost of over NZ$800 poor review Sider fusion. Sider.ai

Scammers!!!

Fraudsters! They arbitrarily reduced my Claude Opus 4 access quota, even though I have an unlimited subscription and haven't even exhausted my 1500-point limit under this plan. Nevertheless, they unilaterally imposed restrictions on my access.
