Don't trust this company
Got a discount code of 20 % from them and thought I could use it for my next purchase. But no! *The code didn't work. The support team then answered my complaint by saying that this code didn't work for items on sale. The item I wanted to buy was NOT on sale. So I consider this being false marketing and therefor wouldn't trust this company. Had actually a previous experience with them where the delivery was simply lost. Got the refund though after many "ifs" and "buts".

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. Returned an item almost a month ago, called them 3 times with little to know help about why it hasn't been registered. Received an email to say then need to to print out a form. When I called their customer service to explain I wasn't I'm a position to print the document off, I was med with rudeness. Great products but the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I didn’t receive my order
I didn’t receive my order. Parfumdreams asked me to do the paper work, and I did. Now Parfumdreams demand me to do all the paperwork again - but by handwriting (wonder why?) They demand me to print and scan, despite that I already has given them all the informations they ask for, also the ones they already have.
No answer when I try to call them.
Thanks to MasterCard, who are able to cancel my payment to Parfumdreams…

Boycot this company!
NO service at all!
Staff is rude when you call customer service. It takes them over 2 weeks to reply to e-mails - and you need to call them in order to get a reply at all.
Don't ever buy from them. Boycot this company.

Disappointed!
I ordered Tresor Le Nuit, I love this perfume but not this one! In my opinion this is not the original fragrance. The box and bottle are spot on but the contents is not! The smell is similar but not as strong, It fades quite quickly, the original last a long time, developing into a warm rich fragrance over time. I am very disappointed!
