No goods after 2.5 months of waiting.

I odered the perfume on 10th December. after 1 month I emailed them to Hi,

On January2nd 2024 I got this message.
Thank you for taking the time to contact our customer service.
During this exceptionally busy holiday season and due to the large number of orders, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, we need to inform you that when you made your payment, you selected the 'Eco Delivery' option, which specifies that your product will be shipped/processed within 10 to 15 days of the payment date.
No parcel no further response. The resonse I got was a combination of fatuousness and mendacity..
They are either grossly incompetent or conartistes.
