Brilliant app

Brilliant app, topping up dinner money, paying for trips filling in forms and reading letters that otherwise wouldn't find their way home!

Hi Jose, unfortunately this is a setting which the school have control of - if you contact them directly they may be willing to lower this for you! We hope this helps!

Great for keeping up to date

Great for keeping up to date with everything and for being able to go back and look at letters you weren't sure you read properly! I loved the parents evening booking system too.

I hate this system

I hate this system. I've sent feedback to our school begging them to use anything but this. It is tiresome to load, you have to navigate various windows and attachments so nothing is straight forward and you get duplicate alerts if you have more than one child. It puts me off checking any school communications as it's such a hindrance to communication, not in any way an asset

Hi Anna, it doesn't sound as though you are using the mobile app which would greatly improve your experience of ParentMail! In regards to multiple windows, you should only need the one if you are accessing ParentMail through a web browser or if you're on the App everything you need will appear on one screen. Schools do have the option to 'send per family' which would mean you only get the message once, however it sounds as though your school may be sending each message per child - it may be worth speaking with them directly about this to see if it can improve your user experience.
