Parcel from France to Jersey (UK)
Parcel from France to Jersey (UK), sent 4th December. Since 11th December, for 6 weeks, it is still showing as pending, although it has arrived in jersey. This looks like a UPS problem, but Parcel Monkey haven't been helpful beyond telling me to get in touch with UPS.

Through Parcel Monkey I found Mondial…
Through Parcel Monkey I found Mondial Relay. Their service was appalling. One star because the parcel arrived - three weeks late. No stars because they were impossible to deal with. Tracking didn’t work. Phone calls and emails never replied to. I will not use them again.
One star for Parcel Monkey also In this case because their site is proving difficult to navigate to leave a review for mondial relay.

Parcel dropped at dPd pick up shop…
Parcel dropped at dPd pick up shop 18/12/20 and tracker showed collected by dPd on 19/12/20 and since then nothing.
Package missing and parcel monkey has not done anything.
This was sent in plenty of time for Christmas, 3 day service, and my stepdaughter in UK has received nothing

Pleased to say the delivery arrived in time
Pleased to say the delivery was on time, but the method of preparation and despatch was not too clear on first use. Next time should be much easier.
Very good being able to print my own label on plain paper, pay on line and in my case simply hand in to La Poste locally.
