Why has UPS gone.

I want to know why UPS no longer appears in my search report and the cheapest price for shipping to the USA is now around €400. I won't be using you again until this is resolved.

I was charged an additional 37.99 EUR for nothing !!! I was simply stolen !!! Avoid this company !!!

My first experience with this company was simply a disaster !
I sent a very small package to Namibia and inside the package was my Garmin smartwatch and the USB cable (without the retail box).
My measurements and weight were correct and i kept also a picture with my package (for evidence) and its dimensions could be seen very clearly.
The package had below the dimensions required to get the cost of 63.10 EUR.
I measured it 3 times and its dimension were : 14.5 cm x 10.0 cm x 6.0 cm
Few days after the package has been delivered, i saw that ParcelMorkey charged me an additional 37.99 EUR.
I got in contact with them and I asked why i was charged an additional cost.
They said that the package had 28.0 x 6.0 x 31.0 cm, which is crazy and totally wrong, as long as i have the picture with my package near the measuring tape.
I asked them to show me an evidence that my measurements were wrong, but i got no response....
They simply stolen me and i am not the only one !!!!
I am prepare to make a complain to Ombudsman and i will share my store everywhere i can, on the internet.
This company should be avoided as much as you can !!!

1-2 delivery ended up 6 days - should have just paid the lower amount for 5 days - but no suggestion or late apology and no refunds offered
No updates I had to go searching

Parcel delivery took 17 days!!!

Parcel collection took 7 days, delivery then took another 10 days. 17 days for parcel delivery! During this period Parcel Monkey Customers Services were not able to provide any assistance. A very disappointing experience. I will not be using Parcel Monkey again!

Disastrous from start to finish

I needed to return an item that was delivered, it was incorrect, I searched online and found parcel monkey, the procedure looked easy and the price was good, I paid the extra to have it delivered to the address.
After a week I noticed that there was no tracking, even though it should have been delivered, I managed to get some tracking information from parcel monkey and they said they would try to get it updated on their system, after about two weeks I received a message to say that an attempt to deliver was unsuccessful and it was being taken to a relay point, I immediately contacted them to explain that it was not possible to collect as it had to be delivered, I also contacted the people at the delivery address and they confirmed that there was somebody available for deliveries from 8h until 18h.
Nobody was willing or able to help, after two weeks the tracking showed that the parcel was returning to the distribution, after several weeks of constantly contacting parcel monkey about the whereabouts of my parcel, I was informed that it had been lost and was invited to fill out a claim form.
The claim form was submitted and subsequently rejected as the item being delivered was a battery, even though this fully declared on the delivery request form.
The customer service chat and email that sometimes replied has now ceased, so I can assume they have closed the case, it has taken 4 months from start to finish.
As parcel monkey are not a delivery company, just a middleman, it seems they are at the mercy of the delivery companies that they choose to use.
The moral of the story is - If you need a parcel to be delivered, don't use a monkey.

I've used Parcel Monkey every year and…

I've used Parcel Monkey every year and been satisfied with it. This year I was disappointed that my parcel was held up for so long at Dubai airport. I understand that it was Christmas but I wasn't informed by you that this would lead to such a long delay.
I was also not pleased to be told that the parcel could not be delivered yesterday because no one was at the recipient's address when this was not the case.

As usual excellent !

Used Parcel Monkey for years, from the first time till now, I've always received a good reliable service. The only down side is they keep asking me for a review and I have to keep saying .......it's brilliant 🙂

Lost parcel then ignored messages. Will leave you on your own when things go wrong.

Our parcel was lost but the team were unhelpful in trying to locate the parcel or arrange for the claim. They sent out a claims form eventually but stopped responding and didn't even acknowledge that they had received the claims form!

They just continued to ignore the messages. I am having to liaise with the courier about this parcel myself.

At this point, it seems that a card chargeback may be the only option to get a refund for the shipment but this won't recover the compensation amount for the lost parcel. I would not recommend using this website as they will leave you on your own when things go wrong.

It arrived and a day early

Hello,
It has arrived but was stuck near Paris for four days which I was concerned about and the updates didn't tell me much. However the parcel has arrived a day earlier then expected together with a proof of photo.

Big disappointment

My package is scheduled to arrive today 3 May 2024 around 10.30 -14.30. I have been waiting all day at home and adjusted my schedule but then the package has not arrived until the promised time. The package finally arrived around 2.5 hours later than scheduled and it was delivered to a pick up point. I ordered it to be delivered to my house. Due to this I have to pick the package at the point where it is so far from my place. So I get disappointed twice: late and not delivered at the requested point. I sent a complain to UPS but they said that I have to send the complain to Parcel Monkey. The response from Parcel Monkey is only thanks for your info and noted. Such a disappointing service.

Please offer more carriers…

It works well but for France you should offer more carriers. At the moment only UPS is offered in 90% of the cases.

I needed invoices

I needed invoices. I put all my details eveyrwhere where I could. I also highlited in during order. And I never saw any of my company details on invoices. Nobody was able to help me.
