I purchased an engagement ring through Parcel & Stone.

I didn't know how long it would take and ordered it about three weeks before I was going on a trip and was planning on proposing. In addition, there was an issue with the diamond wholesaler so they were unable to obtain the diamond I selected, which probably should have delayed the process further.

The Parcel and Stone people were very helpful: They gave me a slightly nicer diamond at the same price and rushed my order, and I received it ahead of my trip despite the potential issues.

Also, the ring came out nicely and made my fiance happy.

Parcel and Stone was very easy to work with. They were extremely fast to respond to inquiries about the purchase of a ring. The ring I ordered was gorgeous, well made, and made my fiancé very happy!

Parcel and Stone was a joy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

With a purchase you want to make sure you get right the first time, Parcel and Stone not only helped me but also led me to a diamond that I couldn't be happier with. From their large selection, which is sure to have something for everyone, to them educated me in the 4 C's and what to look for with my specific cut I have made a purchase I have absolutely zero reservations about. It was actually more brilliant in person! As a bonus to solidify my choice, no other retailer has been able to match the quality of diamond I received at the same price point. While I hope to never have to purchase an engagement diamond again (fingers crossed) I would recommend Parcel and Stone to anyone in the market.

I was really reserved on purchasing a diamond online. But with some research I was able to go view diamonds at the typical retail stores, and determined the quality there, and be comfortable with finding one online.

Any time I had questions or concerns they were available and answered promptly, I know I did this multiple times. They resolved my concerns and worked with me.

Best of all, the diamond and ring came and my fiancé said yes. It’s a beautiful ring.

I recently purchased a loose stone from Parcel & Stone. It was a good experience because all went as expected. They sent regular email/text messages to keep me updated, which was appreciated since this was my largest single purchase second to my car, so I was anxious to say the least. The package delivery attempt came when I wasn’t home & required a signature so I had to pick it up from the FedEx location by the airport which was a minor nuisance but I’d rather do that than risk having it stolen and I’m sure anything sent insured from any company is going to be the same way.

Their website was super easy to use. I would highly recommend using parcel and stone. I ordered a loose diamond and was unsure of how it would be shipped having never bought a loose diamond before. Once I ordered the diamond it did not take long to ship. It came right to my door and was packaged wonderfully. When I opened it up I was surprised to find it was even appraised. They have unbeatable prices and customer service. Do your self a favor and shop here!

I found Parcel & Stone through RareCarat. After seeing the diamond online on RareCarat and on the P&S website, I contacted them directly and Jonathan was incredibly professional and transparent about the entire process. Making a big purchase like this, sight unseen, requires a lot of trust, and Jonathan definitely makes the process easy. More importantly, I validated that the diamond I was going to buy was the same one that was on the GIA website (they give you the sample report when you’re looking at the stone online). What was listed on the Parcel & Stone website was the same as the GIA, so I was at ease with that.

They did a great job and everyone has commented how lovely the stone is. Can’t recommend Jonathan and the team at Parcel & Stone enough to those who are looking for a diamond!

When I purchased from Parcel & Stone, there were a few snags in the shipment (as it was international). I was worried that there would be many problems, but throughout the process, Parcel & Stone employees reached out to contact me about the delays and shipment process. After their contact with me, there was no doubt that I would receive what I paid for. Further, the diamond that I received was well packaged, arrived in a very timely manner, and truly wonderful! I would definitely consider purchasing from Parcel & Stone again in the future.

I had such a phenomenal experience with Jonathan of Parcel & Stone. I stumbled across the company via Rare Carat, and was impressed with the quality and price of their loose diamonds compared to other vendors, but what really convinced me to give them business was the customer service I received. Their web chat was EXTREMELY helpful, and I felt like I was talking to someone who was genuinely interested in trying to help me find exactly what I wanted. Enter Jonathan. We spoke over the phone, and he assured me I could get exactly what I wanted without compromise, helped me check to make sure my stones would work in the setting I envisioned, and had their designers craft it for me. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision or ever feel rushed. I didn’t feel like an order number, I felt like a customer who was working with someone that truly cared about what they do, and who they work with. I can’t even express how easy and pleasant this experience was. Not to mention, I spent about 60% LESS than what I would’ve spent at a brick and mortar with outrageous markup. You guys. I paid less than HALF I would have otherwise, PLUS received a custom setting that was made EXACTLY how I wanted it. Yes, I checked. The icing on the cake was that Jonathan had it done in RECORD time. I'm not sure where to start. All I can say is what a savings and helpful experience. The diamond was as advertised and very well shipped. I made some odd request when making the purchase and they had no problem with anything. The biggest advantage was was the savings! I had made a decision on another diamond and setting before finding P&S and I saved 3000+ and got better diamond from P&S!!!

I started my ring shopping experience with not a lot of knowledge to begin with. I knew the basics of what kind of diamond to look for and sort of what my girlfriend wanted in a ring. After looking at all the other big-name online diamond retailers, most of the prices didn't seem that much more competitive as they say they are. I then found Parcel and Stone through my research. Not only did they have some of the most competitive prices on diamonds and settings, but they have an extremely large knowledge section and answered every single question down to every little detail that I had throughout the entire process. The entire process from selecting the setting, choosing the perfect diamond, and receiving the ring took only about a month which is exactly what they told me from the get-go. There was a small delay towards the end but I received constant email updates from Danielle and she was able to tell me exactly where the ring was in the process at all times and made me feel so much better about receiving the ring just in time to pop the big question. I would absolutely recommend Parcel and Stone for anyone looking to buy that perfect ring for your perfect someone!

I was looking for a certain size and clarity of a diamond. I found it on Parcel & Stone website. I found exactly what I wanted with a reasonable price range that I was looking for. It literally, took me 15-20 minutes with customer service to buy the diamond I wanted. Delivery was right on time the next day. No complaints here. My fiancé was looking for a diamond for my engagement ring, at stores the 4-C's were just not adding up to his liking. So what other was there then good ole google! He spent days looking for the prefect diamond to put in the ring setting I had picked. Then one day very out of the blue he came across Parcel & Stone. Not only did he find the diamond that covered all the 4 - C's he was able to get a good price for a GIA certified diamond! and the plus side it came with the GIA certificate and appraisal for insurance company all included in the price! Delivery was on time as they said it would be and packaged all nice and neatly to protect the diamond. We would definitely recommend this website to future family and friends!

When I ordered the stone for my fiancée’s engagement ring, there was a glitch on the website that allowed me to buy a stone someone else had already purchased. A representative called me within 12 hours of placing my order and upgraded me to a higher quality stone for the price of my original stone. I later decided to purchase an engraved setting and simply emailed the same representative to add to my order. The ring arrived three weeks later, it fit perfectly, the stone was more beautiful than expected, and my fiancée loves the ring. She still looks at it like it’s the first time she’s seeing it. Don’t buy your engagement ring anywhere else; the quality and price at Parcel & Stone is superb.
