I spent A LONG time researching online companies before buying a ring and I was convinced that I would be buying from another top online jeweler (who shall not be named) but I was hesitant because I just couldn’t find what I wanted in my budget. Then I found Parcel and Stone and couldn’t believe it. Their prices for loose diamonds could not be beat, trust me I tried. Ultimately I bought my ring from them confidently knowing that I had 60 days to see if I liked it, and more importantly if my fiancée liked it. She absolutely loves it!
My only caution is be sure to order well in advance because, while mine was shipped over a week early, it did take almost a month to have the ring delivered, but that is understandable.

Great value. Had some issues receiving internationally, but we were able to work through them.

I haven't finalized my purchase yet. However, I wanted to recognize Jonathan who is such a huge help. He has been there to answer all of my questions and also educate me in the areas I'm needing. It's overwhelming shopping for a ring and he has made it a much better experience.

Found Parcel & Stone through Rare Carat and I'm glad I did. The stone I ended up getting was priced better than other places and their house brand settings are hard to beat. I lagged a bit in ordering and was going on a trip in which I was planning to propose. I was getting worried i might not have the ring in time but Jonathan was very helpful and responded to me quickly when I asked any questions. They were able to rush my order and I was was able to get the ring one day before my trip and it was better than I imagined. I was a little worried about the setting and buying a ring online as there were only a few pictures of it and not a 360 view like some other places, but the setting I chose ended up being perfect for the stone and my now fiancée loves it! Everyone thinks the diamond is bigger than it actually is =) Thanks for the wonderful experience!

My fiancé designed my engagement ring with Parcel and Stone and it couldn't be more perfect. I had dropped a few (actually a lot) of hints. I wanted something classic, yet also not what you typically see- which was a tall order. My fiancé, Jay, landed on an oval center diamond with a pear cut on each side. The experts at Parcel & Stone helped him plan the setting perfectly so the diamonds would really sparkle but also be a durable enough setting that I could wear it everyday. It is truly my dream ring and I smile every time I look down at my hand knowing that I get to marry the love of my life.

I just received the diamond I bought on Parcel and Stone and had to write a review! The diamond itself is amazing and is only matched by their exceptional customer service. I spoke to Denise a consultant on their live chat. She was able to help me find everything I was looking for and even spoke to me over the phone to make sure all my questions were answered along with making sure my purchase went through with no problems. This company does everything needed to make a person that may have doubts about purchasing a diamond online a smooth and painless process. I’ve already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so whenever I hear of someone looking to buy a diamond engagement ring. I wanted to write a review for Parcel & Stone (P&S*). I rarely write reviews, but I could never thank P&S enough for helping me in my road to being engaged. I met my dream girl, and realized i would one day propose to her. I would search both social media pages & online retailers for the perfect engagement ring. I would sit down with my girlfriend; asking her to show me what her ideal ring would look like... I honestly had no Idea how tiny details made a huge difference when it came to picking the perfect ring. I did realize that my partner was very particular when it came to those details, and so she deserved to be - she is one of a kind.

I came across Parcel & Stones website which was very regal looking, it's navy colored home page and white/silver wording spoke to me immediately. I reached out to them regarding a couple of perfect oval stones they had on their website and could not believe the help, information and communication I received from that moment forward. I chose Parcel and Stone as my partner in creating a ring, and haven't thought twice since.

Firstly the inventory and selection of diamonds they offered on their site matched every price point I initially thought about putting towards the ring. Then a customer service representative, a ring specialist offered me further advice and educated me on the stones, sizes, colors, clarity's and how each element made a huge difference in the rings end result - once we crunched down and imagined the perfect diamond style, the representative offered three diamonds, slightly different - all amazing & all matching every element I wanted for my lady.

Then we were able to create the perfect band, from scratch. It started with more detailed talks. Those discussions turned into ideas and the ideas turned into CAD's which for anyone who doesn't know are Computer Aided Designs. This was the perfect way to design the perfect band without buying different bands, waiting to hit the jackpot in style. Widths, depths, sizes and the way the ring held the diamonds was just perfect. I was able to design and see it all before it went into production.

I successfully chose an oval 3 carat diamond, with two pear shape sides at .59 carat in size and the ring came out beyond stunning. I look at it every time I share moments with my wife to be, and I catch her looking at it 24/7. Even though I was working with Parcel and stone for 2 months on the perfect ring, their respect for confidentiality was like no other, we would plan to speak with one another throughout the whole process and my lady hadn't caught on once - they done a great job of creating the perfect ring and keeping it quiet and that alone was worth every penny. They also had an amazing deal at the time, and with the most competitive prices already, the extra % off made this a no brainer.

I have not hesitated to post the gorgeous ring I chose for my, now Fiancee or speak so loudly and proudly about Parcel and Stone, because they really went above and beyond for me, even by offering an exceptional warranty with every purchase and guaranteed that if we weren't 100% satisfied, they would work with us every step of the way to make it perfect. They succeeded with the information alone. We are beyond ecstatic.

The ring buying experience is quite stressful/nerve-racking, but Jonathon was awesome to work with and made it all easy. After looking around a great deal, Jonathon was able to help me pick out the perfect center stone for the setting I wanted, and sure enough it arrived looking gorgeous. More importantly my fiancé loves the ring, which makes me a happy camper! I would strongly refer anyone looking at buying a ring to give Parcel and Stone a call.

Such great service and the ring turned out to be perfect. Their manager personally called me to make changes to my order after I placed the order. Really great customer service and my fiancee loved the ring. They definitely have the best prices out there.

The title says it all. I bought an engagement ring from Parcel & Stone several months ago (before many of the reviews here). I was a little bit cautious about ordering something so expensive from overseas, but P&S were fantastic in responding promptly to my questions. The ring was everything I hoped for and the fiancee loves it. Great quality, service, price, and delivery. Really can't ask for more, and have been recommending P&S to anyone I know looking for a ring.

Great experience with Jonathon. The ring is beautiful. It was a little nerve-racking going with a not as well known jeweler but man did it pay off. I got exactly what I needed for nearly half the price other jewelers wanted. Thanks a lot!

I was the unfortunate victim of theft of my wedding band and engagement ring just before a big anniversary. While it was devastating, Parcel & Stone made finding new stones to make a new band easy and stress free. I found high quality stones for very competitive prices. Their customer service was great throughout and the sent reassuring texts during shipping. I would definitely recommend P & S!

I have found that Parcel and Stone is the best and easiest place I have found to purchase a diamond ring. You just pick out you diamond by size, and the 3 C's and they send you a list to choose from. Also great customer service either online chat help or over the phone directly. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I received my ring yesterday! I actually received it earlier than projected delivery date! I can’t tell you how pleased I was. My friend recently received a ring from another source and I can say without any hesitation that mine looks a lot better and more expensive than hers. Actually when I compared the two, my friend’s ring really looks like poor quality compared with mine and I know her ring was much more expensive. By the way, my son will be looking for a ring soon and I’m telling him to look to you.

I got my diamond from Parcel & Stone and am very happy with the diamond and company. It came in a very nice box along with GIA certificate and warranty information. I would recommend Parcel & Stone.

One of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had! Not to mention, the diamond was so much more than I could have imagined!!!

I randomly picked Parcel & Stone after selecting the lowest priced retailer of the particular grade of diamond I wanted on rarecarat.com. I was not expecting to be absolutely blown away by the service. I had left it quite late with just 2 weeks to travel to England where I planned to pop the question. Knowing that it would take 4 weeks to make the ring, I planned for a rhodium-plated cubic zirconium stand-in back up from Amazon. 2 days before I was due to travel, the nice sales lady at P&S emails saying she'd worked with the designer and they got it done for me in time for my travel. Just had to ship it from the East Coast to the West Coast, which they did on an expedited, next morning delivery service, arriving at my office on the morning of the day I was departing. The fake Amazon stand in went straight back in the mailbox and I left for England with the real deal in my possession, which I have to say looked amazing, adding of course to the excitement. And of course the question popped atop a castle in England was answered with a resounding and joyfully tearful yes. Later P&S resized it, all through fast courier service, with just a few days turnaround. This company is really out to impress and make a name for themselves, so I'd encourage you to give them the opportunity to serve you. The service is very personal and attentive and really adds the whole experience of buying that special ring for that special someone. All I can say is I got very lucky, in so many ways.

I started shopping in May, I finally made the purchase with Parcel and Stone in August. In between, I’d shopped EVERYWHERE – I went in person to the 47th Street Diamond District in person, I went to the NYC Chinatown stores, I went in Montreal, in Antwerp, in Israel, called/emailed places in Hong Kong, London, LA, San Francisco, and even India, calling Hari Krishna Private Exports, one of the top ten diamond cutters and exporters in the world and even they weren’t distinctively better priced than Parcel and Stone, particularly factoring in the hassles that I’d have to endure to do business direct with them and not being able to have them set the stone for me as well. The price I’d paid with Parcel and Stone was over 60% below Rappaport pricing, which is nothing short of an amazing discount. When I went for an appraisal to verify Parcel and Stone’s free appraisal, my appraisal came in over $10,000 above theirs, (I did buy a rather high quality stone to in the first place to be clear, and most won’t ever get a stone appraising that significantly above the price I paid) the appraiser was amazed by the quality of the stone (largely attesting to my personal selection). None the less, I’d highly recommend pairing the search functionality of the rarecarat.com site with Parcel and Stone to find the optimal best value stone. You’ll notice that many of the stones and settings that appear on rarecarat may suggest that other jewelers are a better value than Parcel and Stone, but when you look carefully, you’ll notice that only Parcel and Stone offers a 60 day exchange if needed, lifetime free warranty baked into their inclusive price, free appraisal (although I’d always recommend a third party appraisal as a good idea), and excellent tracking for shipping and delivery, and a nice box for using to propose. I’m a professional procurement officer for a living so it goes without say that no one’s hustling to get the best value than me, and Parcel and Stone really delivered for me, and I’m sure they will too, so long as you also work hard to choose right for yourself as well.
