Driver on drugs !!!

I want to warn others about a driver from Paragon Logistics whom I caught behaving extremely dangerously. He is a bald man, around 50, wearing glasses, with an accent that sounded Italian. I saw him smoking marijuana, then getting into a van and driving under the influence. When I confronted him, he was arrogant and verbally aggressive, even after I told him I would report him to the police. I took a photo of his license plate and have reported the incident to the authorities. This behavior is completely irresponsible and extremely dangerous!!!!!!
