After being a frequent customer, there seemed to be a problem with the pre payment. I had no cash and the driver offered me to pay with a bank virement, what I did. This in order to help me because his boss only accepts cash. I claimed an invoice afterwards, but the owner of the company didn’t want to hand it over. He also wanted to fire the taxidriver who wanted to help me!
Aggressive driver arrived late and caused additional delays by waiting and discussing with me, threatening me to leave, whilst I had to go to the airport. Never again!
We have used this taxi company for trips to the airport on a regular bases the past 8 years. We have never had any problems and the drivers are always courteous and professional. A couple of times we’ve had drivers going a bit too fast, probably because they’re on a tight schedule but this is an exception. Prices are very reasonable.
