not happy

Horrible customer service they don’t respond and if they do eventually, it takes forever! No phone number nothing And just by email, which That is just ridiculous!! My order took over two weeks to get to me just unacceptable!!!

Customer Service Simply Doesn't Exist - Warning

As others have mentioned, there is NO customer service. I had an issue with my order and there is no phone number or email to contact. There is an option to "schedule a call" with zero times available to schedule. I googled and found a phone number on the internet which leads to a recording stating I need to call back during business hours (I had called during business hours). The phone number did name an email which I sent my inquiry to. We'll see if I get a response. Terrible experience considering the price of the product.

Update - No response whatsoever despite multiple emails. Their phone number still doesn't work despite having called during working hours.

What customer service?

Can't even call the customer service bad, because the customer service doesn't exist. And you only find this out when it's too late. I ordered a robe as a gift, and realized 10 days later that it still hadn't shipped and would probably not get to me in time. I tried to look for a phone number, chat, text way to reach out to customer service so they could check on my order and only found an email address. I reached out over email, didn't hear back, followed up 5 days later, didn't hear back, and now it's been a full week since my first email, and you guessed it, I still haven't heard back. Going to dispute the charge with my CC, they probably won't respond to them either!

No support/refund/resolution for chemical-scented bedding

I ordered a duvet cover on Black Friday for it to come in completely smelling of chemicals... I've washed 5 times and hung outside for over a week straight with no improvement. It is completely unusable. Been emailing with customer service bot, finally hoping to get to a real person to help and there has been absolutely no response for over 2 weeks. I was really excited about this item and really like the material and feel of it - but I can't use it with how strong the scent is! Of course now that I've waited so long for a response from the team, the item is out of stock so I won't even be able to get it again. Really disappointed with the customer service online and they say that stores are unable to help with online order issues so it's not like I can even take it in to the local store to get support. At this point I’m going to dispute the purchase with my credit card company as there continues to be no response.

*Update - once I disputed it on my credit card, they finally reached out and refunded me. That seems to be the way to go to get a response and resolution.

I placed an order on November 21

I placed an order on November 21, 2024, to be delivered to Laredo. They sent by UPS with delivery by December 4 but no way to get in touch with anyone. Called a store that is closing -going out of business and got no help from the manager. She tried to put everything on me. I am going to call American Express tomorrow night and deny payment because you can't get in touch with anyone to get an answer. No wonder they are going out of biz. All these companies complaining it's Biden. He's not in your shipping department. Update, contacted UPS, told me I was restricted by Parachute from doing anything about the lost package. The package is either missing or lost but is not being delivered to the address provided. I contacted AE and asked them to decline the charge. Parachute the ball is in your court to deal with UPS. I surrender.

They did not honor my coupon code (new customer), and did not respond to emails. I considered ollacing the order anyway, but don't trust them enough to risk it.

1- Did not honor the black friday OR the new customer discount. I was not trying to stack anything, just seeing if any discount would work.

The other bad reviews are correct

The other reviews are correct. Zero customer service. No customer service number, emails are going unanswered. Their own site shows my online order was not delivered, and yet there is no way of reaching customer service. I’m going to file a dispute with the BBB and my credit card. I have no other option to either receive my order or a refund.

Don't do it!!!!!!

So much has gone wrong with my order. You pay hundreds of dollars on what you think is quality bedding and it's a disaster! There is virtually ZERO customer service. I have no idea where my return is or if/when I'll be refunded - AND they delivered one of my orders to an unknown address and will not get back to me. There's no phone number to call, there's nobody available on the chat, and emails are going unresponded to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Poor Quality!

We bought the "Organic Cotton Bundle" a little more than a year ago, and now the sheet is already torn. Very disappointed in the quality of this. Contacted costumer service, and they advised that there is a warranty for one year in place, and they can't help. Absolute ridicules quality for a $150 sheet!

linen duvet cover NIGHTMARE

I purchased this linen duvet cover expecting high quality for the price, but it has not met those expectations. Over a year later, it continues to shed excessively, which has become a major inconvenience. The duvet inserts and sheets are constantly covered in lint, requiring frequent washing to maintain cleanliness. Additionally, the shedding has permanently affected two sets of sheets, as the lint does not come off easily. Overall, this product has not held up well and has proven challenging to manage.

There is NO customer service

There is NO customer service. My online purchase wouldn’t go through even though my credit card was charged twice. Chat did not work. It took three days to get a call back from the company and I left email messages. All they would say is the charges will eventually drop off. They would make no concessions and would not even clear the charges from my card. Now I’ll have to submit a claim to the credit card company. Terrible way to treat customers.

Terrible customer service, be forewarned!

Their "live chat" is a bot that links to help articles. If you say it isn't helpful literally nothing happens. There's no person! The text box just disappears. They also don't have a phone number. You have to schedule a call for days in advance-- what, am I applying for a new passport or something?-- and that's if that even works, who knows? And no, they don't respond to or acknowledge emails in a few hours. If or when they do, it will be way too late for me, as the address on my order was wrong.
I've bought from them several times. This will be the last and I'll make sure my friends avoid them as well.

Poor quality mattress

We bought a king size mattress and thought it was comfortable ... but that only lasted six months. The craftsmanship and quality broke down quickly, and after a year we could see and feel the mattress coils and see bulging on the sides of the mattress. We tried following up about the warranty, but it is worthless. I wish I would have read more reviews -- so many people have similar complaints (poor craftsmanship and short lifespan). We tried to extend the life of the mattress with a topper, but are just throwing it out after less than three years. Customer service was patronizing and not helpful. AVOID!

Such a waste of over $700

Such a waste of over $700. Got the linen sheet set and linen duvet cover and they have holes in them after 2 years of regular use. Laundered according to care instructions. Customer service doesn’t offer any help. Will tell everyone I can to stay away from this company

Holes in Fitted Sheet

Unfortunately, the linen fitted sheet I bought about a year ago has thinned to point of developing many holes. We always wash in cold and tumble dry low. No pets, just regular use. So far, since I cannot find my original order information, there has been no offer of resolution by customer service. To spend this much money on sheets and for them to deteriorate so rapidly is very disappointing and I feel like I got scammed. Poor quality.

8/30/24 After reading the reply I don’t feel any better about the company standing behind its product. I cannot find my order number, but what I do have is a sheet that has a Parachute tag in a seasonal color Ochre with multiple holes in it. I’m less worried about a warranty and more worried about a cheap product that cost a lot of money. I ended up ordering a linen sheet from Amazon to replace the one with holes in it.

Amazing products and customer service

I recently got a linen shower curtain from this company and it had a snag in the bottom right when arrived. I email their customer service email and they responded in only a few hours to say that they can provide a replacement or a full refund. I was very impressed with the customer service! Other than the large snag the linen shower curtain works so great and drys completely so quickly (within 4 hours max). I will definitely be shipping here again!
