Not Too happy
I purchased a jacket and when I was checking out, something flashed up that said save $17. I thought it was a reduction in the price so I ordered it and it didn’t register. I did it a second time. When I realized I had just ordered three jackets, I immediately texted and emailed the company within two minutes of my mistake. Three weeks later, the jackets finally arrived and all along the process they said that I hadn’t contacted them soon enough and their system was so efficient that immediately started the order and there’s no turning back.
Naturally, I tried to get their attention for cancellation or refunds and they delayed their promises satisfaction by requesting photographs of the jackets and their tags. Finally, after I provided them with all the things they wanted they said they would give me a store credit and I could keep the jackets if I ordered an equal amount of product, plus a shipping fee.
It might be a reasonable solution, but I put in several weeks of continued correspondence only to be told at the last minute a refund was not the best option.
It smells very much like those companies in China that pretend like they’re American and after you get your product, you get stuck with it because shipping back to China is too expensive. I think that’s probably the case here, but I’m not sure but the time it took for it to arrive tells it was not an American product line.
I’m frustrated with them and I hope they see this in contact me and refund my money and or pay the return postage.
They’re very friendly, even responsive, but it doesn’t feel like they listen. It’s more like someone spouting their policies without any kind of regard for my problem.
We’ll see if they satisfy or not.
I didn’t want to jeopardize my return so I didn’t open or try on the jackets, but they feel that they are a pretty good quality - through the Plastic bag.
