Love my new padel kit! Great fit and super comfy. Speedy delivery too.

love my PAPER London swimsuits — especially the new halter neck style. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the fit feels so considered.

The team were also amazing when I needed to exchange — everything was handled so quickly and smoothly, and they made sure I had the right pieces in time for my holiday. Such a great experience from start to finish.

Very upset
I ordered a swimsuit in a size 8 and asked if I could exchange it to size 10; they sent a label and I returned the item.
After that I heard nothing
My email and texts are not responded too
I’ve nothing to show for the £200 they took from my account. I’ve never before had such a bad experience with any other retailer.

My order was delivered very quickly. However, they sent me the wrong size. No returns label. Their website is “currently unavailable” and has been for the last 4 days. Sent an email to their customer services but no response.

When item wasn’t delivered tracking revealed it was never sent. Contacted customer services and order resent, unfortunately what arrived wasn’t what I ordered. Emailed twice to request the correct item is sent, not even the courtesy of a reply so item will have to be returned. Very disappointed.

Would give NO stars if possible! Absolute shocking customer service I have waited over FIVE weeks for my refund. Constantly chasing - was refunded via PayPal but was oddly cancelled by the company have paid £4.95 for postage as items were never received but still have yet to refund for the 3 items bought! I would not recommend buying from this company

I want to return my swimsuit and have been trying for a week to get a returns label from them and just no reply. By the time I return from holiday I may no longer be able to send it back. I think the quality is poor especially the stitching. Heidi Kline is much better quality

Beautifully made, timelessly elegant clothes. Exceptional service - honestly Helen stands out as one of the all time best providers of incredible customer support. In a day and age where even the top luxury brands treat customers poorly, this brand NAILS IT.

Beautiful dresses, i always get compliments when i wear them! The quality is amazing and i love that the brand takes sustainability seriously. Please bring back the Martha dress in more colours!!

I’ve purchased a couple of pieces of knitwear from Paper London recently and am blown away by the quality of the products. The Daffodil cardigan is beautiful - super soft fabric & beautiful colours. So well made. Customer service was excellent - really fast shipping. Highly recommend.

OBSESSED with my new PAPER London 3 piece suit. The team went above and beyond to get it to me ahead of my wedding. The suit is incredible quality and so flattering. I got so many compliments. Can’t wait to get more pieces from them.

So thrilled with my properly cosy new PAPER London cardigan. I love how it works for the day but looks great belted and with a skirt in the evening too. Beautiful quality and very stylish!

Bikini arrived squashed in a small envelope wrapped in black tissue …. Not a good start … bikini was of average quality …. Bikini bottoms too high …. Didn’t do me any favours … so bikini has been returned .

I love Paper London's commitment to our earth. They make beautiful items (I have the linen pantsuit, swimsuit, and also a pair of sandals) using responsible manufacturing processes.

Fabulous customer service! Had to exchange an item due to size, and then a back order. Along every step of the way, the customer representative, (Helen?), kept me informed about the status of my order. I felt certain she would do everything in her power to make sure the order was correct. Also, I give 5 stars to the quality of the products we’ve ordered. Many thanks to Paper London for being an outstanding company.

Absolutely adore my new Paper London suit! The quality of the fabric is just amazing, so soft and hangs beautifully! I have never had so many compliments on an outfit when I wore it! The customer service was super responsive and helpful in aiding me to find my correct size and the shipping was super speedy and came next day! Will definitely be growing my wardrobe with more Paper pieces.

I ordered a bikini from them in May, which was advertised to be delivered in early June. The bikini has still not arrived even though we are most of the way through summer. They have advertised that the bikini is back in stock (~3 weeks ago) and are coordinating influencer content to drive new revenue when customers have yet to receive their orders. For a brand led business, this is disappointing behavior. They should be focusing on delivering orders for the payments they have already taken rather than driving new orders when they clearly can’t fulfill the promises made…

I have bought numerous dresses from paper and more recently the 3 piece suit. The quality is unreal. I wear everything season after season. It’s my go to summer wardrobe. Thank you customer care for always being so helpful Niki x

In LOVE with the white Martha dress….the longer length makes it perfect for beach, pool and party alike! My go to this summer 100%.
