This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made.
I've ordered a mask for Halloween with 20 days of advance and I've received 3 weeks after the 31st
Communication very poor.
They just offer apologies and nothing else

Horrid customer. AVOID!!!
Just an update to the horrid customer service and lack of product ever being delivered.
Over 20 emails mostly stating that It shows delivered. They themselves can’t even get in contact with the shipping company Ontrac they used. Google Ontrac. 1.1 stars. Tells a lot. Absolute trash company to deal with. Filed a claim with my credit card company and sent them some reviews. They are escalating this internally and reviewing and reaching out to other customers they handle who purchased from Papercraft. They see them as the scam company they are. All of this could of been alleviated if they would respond to emails, have a working phone number and willing to refund an obvious error. Yet here we are with a credit card company investigating their practices.
Edit 1. In response to their reply: As you can see below in their response it is absolutely normal spam response. I have contacted them and been in touch with them for over 4 weeks now. All I get is the normal reply you see on every post. All I get is some cut and paste response on every email. Trash company pays for fake reviews to keep their numbers up.

Can't be sure if it's a scam or a legitimate company, but I ordered on October the 26th. Now I know that's not a vast time ago, but they suggest they will have processed the order in 24-48 hours and send a shipping notification. NOPE, nothing, checked the website tracking and no it's not been processed or shipped yet (Nov 9th), Have emailed company 3 times now, 2 have not been answered and the third has only just been sent so we'll see if I actually get an answer. It's not like I want a refund, just want my order shipping.

DO NOT BUY!
A total scam. I ordered more than 2 months ago and have been repeatedly fobbed off with explanations about delays, unspecified issues, etc etc. Always the promise has been that my purchases will arrive in 6 days. But guess what? They never do. I've now resigned myself to losing the money I've spent. Please learn from my experience and don't buy anything from this company.

Consistently Negative Experience, No Delivery & No Refund
I placed an order for Halloween largely based off the mostly positive reviews here on Trustpilot, so just wanted to share my negative experience in case anyone else is also checking here before placing an order.
All I'll say is the experience is exactly as sketchy as the website appears. It's been 3 weeks with no delivery, service takes days to respond, no updates on tracking information. And finding that they have very unfriendly return and refund procedures.
I was hoping based on some other reviews here that the service and delivery was better than the site design, but sadly it's consistently a negative experience across the board and I would not recommend Paper Craft World to anyone.

The item did take longer than the 7-9…
The item did take longer than the 7-9 day estimate and I did have to contact Papercraft World for the tracking number but bearing in mind the time difference between UK and US I'm happy with the response times to my emails. Item arrived within the same month it was ordered; although it took longer than the estimated delivery time, the tracking information kept me informed of it's whereabouts and did explain that there were problems with available flights and costs. Once the item arrived in the UK it was delivered within a day. Overall, despite delays, a good experience and acceptable communication. Outer packaging in perfect condition but corners of inner envelope containing project were scrunched, however contents in tact so not too concerned. Quality of item looks good but can't comment further as it is a Christmas present. Overall good experience, thank you.

Never arrived
I ordered a Halloween mask on Oct 6th, and it never arrived. After 10 days I emailed customer service and they promised it would be here on time for Halloween. Well the day is here and no mask. Not even a shipping notice. I am super frustrated.

Lonnnnnnng shipping times, nice finished product.
The people at Papercraftworld were really fast to respond and offer assurances about shipping, but ultimately it took more than 7 weeks to land (they said 5-7 days at various intervals).
If they were just honest / realistic about the shipping times a lot of these reviews wouldn't be so harsh.
Once it arrived though it was of high quality and a fun project to complete with my daughter.

Ordered (on October 20th) a werewolf mask for Halloween and I received it in just a few days (October 23rd). I couldn't be happier with how quickly I received it, especially since it seems that so many people waited over a month to get their orders.

UPDATED - Not a scam
UPDATE: Not a scam, product received, just very, very disorganized and using an unusual delivery system that is not FedEx or USPS or UPS. It feels like a scam as they take a long time to respond and when they do they write like scammers.
Product requires glue FYI and it not easy to put together. It takes a while.

Three stars right now. I had the same experience as the posts below where I ordered several weeks ago, got no response and my tracking numbers didn't work.
I reached out via email and got a new tracking number today and it shows that it has left China, landed in the US and is now with USPS. Three stars for no communication, but if my order doesn't actually show up, I'll edit it and also do a chargeback.

If your product is made in China, what is your opinion on human rights violations?
And I would be very curious to know which are your so-called “in-house designs”. If you indeed have any at all.
At the end of the day, all you do is buy (or maybe not even that) models online, outsource them in Chinese factories and pretend you’re some talented creative artist.
You’re not. You’re flooding the market with cheap low quality products and are milking this until real artisans and designers won’t have a market for their own talent.
Rogue capitalism, pure and simple.
Later edit 2: I got banned from their Facebook builders’ group after making a post that never got approved. Simply asked if anyone else was aware of this made in China situation.
And the 1-star review I submitted on their website ( after (1) waiting for 2 months+ for my order and then (2) never receiving it, having to ask for a refund to get a replacement shipped) was never published.
So all this talk about hundreds of happy customers is nothing but a heavily censored story with I wonder how many more like me behind blocked and shut down when speaking up.
Just like they do it in China, one could say.
Oh and you donate to noble causes? Good for you. Ironic how a business that profits from human rights violations tries to erase that somehow by donating crumbs to this and that.
Anything to help you sleep at night I guess.

Great company to deal with
I live in Canada and altho it takes quite a while to receive my orders, I know it is not the company’s doing but the Canadian P.O. I have done many models and love each and everyone of them.I had to order a second gorilla, because I messed up the first one and Nicky sent me a second one at a reduced price. Questions always answered, never ever had any problem at all.

What a treat when my parcel arrived. The packaging was very secure and considering card was posted overseas it arrived in perfect condition. Totally joy constructing my purchases and with ease. Customer service is very attentive and plan to purchase more, would highly recommend .

Bought the lion and rhino heads and really enjoyed making them. It was a fun and relaxing project. The addition of the practice model is a very nice touch. The material is sturdy and the result looks great. I will definitely buy more.
