I ordered 6 weeks ago and checked my package tracking info the other day to find it faulty. I emailed and have yet to get a response. Seems like a scam.

We are in touch with our couriers and if they don't have a solution by Feb 24th we will have another package sent with 3-5 day delivery.

Might very well be the worst company I’ve used online- and that’s saying something.

The. Worst.
I ordered the subscription box in early November and to-date I have receive 1 shipment.
Any email communication is apologetic and talks about an error on their end, but how do they catch the error, and still not ship the thing for another 2 weeks?!?
I was so excited for this and I see the posts on their Facebook and website and wonder “why do people have completed art and thrilled” while I’m receiving excuses. I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received that NOR a shipment.
However, they keep emailing me asking to review their product....
If you are lucky enough to have a good experience, I’m happy for you, but if you get to experience half of what I’ve had to since November, you’re better off YouTubing origami - at least you get something in the end.

Hi Jenna, the card on file for your subscription order failed to charge after three charge attempts on Dec 19, 20, and 26th, which is why your order was not initiated. We aren't able to send orders without payment. We sent out failed charge attempts via email, but it must have landed in your spam folder. Your card worked again in January which is why this recent order was initiated and the cause for you only receiving your first subscription in November. We have refunded your January subscription and cancelled future orders.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I ordered my product 2 months ago, I have never received the product even though the status is "delivered"
The customer service asks me to complain to the local courrier who in return asks me to complain to the sender as they have the contract with the courrier, not the customer!
So they won't send another one nor refund. They cannot handle international shippments nor complaints as they just say that they don't speak the language...too easy, then don't make business with non english speaking countries...
I am surprised how they just return some products without asking any question to some customers and to others they refuse to do it even if I complied to everything they asked (write to local courrier, even did the translation for them...)

Edit: following your reply, you have perfectly been able to trace my order since Nicky already wrote me twice asking me to remove my post...Please don't try to make my comment appears like a fake one. You already asked Trustpilot to remove it claiming it was fake and I provided with the invoice and proof to keep the comment online. Thank you Trustpilot^^

Exceptional service

Excellent product and extraordinary service from PAPERCRAFT WORLD. My first shipment was lost in the mail. Nicky from PAPERCRAFT promptly sent a replacement at no charge with no questions asked. Fantastic company.

Great customer service

My package was a little late, because as we all know Christmas was insane for shipping. But customer service was excellent, and they followed up with me without being prompted and found my package and made sure it got to me. Actual product looks very fun, haven't assembled yet but will order again!

Excellent Customer Care Experience

I have ordered 2 items as Christmas gifts. It took a while to receive them but I had a perfect customer care experience with a nice Nicky T. taking really good care of me. So thank you and I will order again. The products themselves I cannot review, because they were not for me, but the first impressions were "beautiful!"

OMG Badass.

OMG. So much better that I ever expected. Paper is durable, almost felt like Styrofoam. Easy to figure out. The pieces were arranged in logical order so I didn't have to search for anything. I got the lions head and it took about 3 hours to put together. (Granted, I like puzzles and have a fair bit of origami experience.) The pictures can never do it justice. When you hold the final product it feels like you are holding a video game character. Surreal. People who see it for the first time are genuinely awestruck, and it becomes the main point of attraction for a room. I have the lion's head hanging in my office and I actually feel like my work production has increased because it feels like God is watching me.... Unbelievable. Worth double the money.

Fun Gift!

I ordered the hanging sloth for my daughter. I received the wrong product but they were quick to respond to my e-mail and sent out the correct item. The sloth is very cute and looks great hanging in my daughters room.

The first product was great but the second never arrived and the seller refuses to send a new one, despite this showing on their tracking that the item got lost with the courier

Young Child made Cat within hours

Under 12 child made the cat on Christmas Day excellent product, took a long time for delivery but in these COVID times I was not surprised. It is a very well put together cat, a bit larger than my 6kg cat but it stands up well and looks great on our bookshelf,

It was not a good experience

It was not a good experience. it took over a month for my order to arrive. First I received a wrong order. It took a while for customer service to respond and it did not look like they knew what they are doing. Lots of questions spoon fed in single emails. After I initiated contact every time. Finally they created a new order which got cancelled. followed by confusion about a tracking number.....

Never shipped my order

I placed an order and got an email with the tracking number quick. But now it's been over a week and the tracking number shows the package still hasn't even been dropped off at the post office yet. I've emailed customer service and they simply talk circles never answering your questions.

Update: almost a week after this posting the tracking number finally started moving. Their customer service was still well worth the 1 star review but the products did arrive. As they are(very late) Christmas gifts I can't speak to the product quality but to be honest I still don't recommend ordering from them. If they can't even answer simple email questions honestly they can't be trusted.

Update 2: In reply to their reply. Once the package was picked up by USPS it was quickly delivered. The issue is it spent over 2 weeks sitting in a warehouse with a label and never being sent to the post office. During that time I had many replies from your company, they simply made no effort to actually answer my question. For instance, I asked where the package would ship from. I asked 3 times. The first 2 times the question was ignored, and the third I was told it ships from the US. What kind of answer is that? The US is a big place.

I was offered (and accepted) a partial refund before I knew how terrible your company was. The delay had only been a few days and I was expecting that with you aware it would be fixed. It wasn't.

My review stands at 1 star. The customer service alone deserves that.

We do our best to manage and help all of our customers to the best of our ability. Unfortunately this order was caught in the wave of USPS delays. If you visit the USPS website at present you will see a notice there stating: ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

As you can imagine, as USPS stays these events were unprecedented, we were unable to foresee these issues which affected Christmas deliveries across the US and are still being experienced nationwide at the time of this writing. Additionally, PA, which is home to our fulfilment centre in the US had experienced a white out snow storm during peak Christmas shipping times. While the majority of our Christmas orders (thanks to our valiant shipping department) were delivered on time, unfortunately some had experienced problems.

In resolution we had already provided a partial refund for your order which was accepted before we received this review. Additionally we would be happy to send a prepaid return label if required for any unopened or unused merchandise. Please let us know if this is preferred.

Wonderful Products,Superb Customer Service

PaperCraft World's products are awesome, but their staff is even more awesome. My package was MIA for a long time, I kept asking for help from my country's postal courier and they didn't respond. I emailed PaperCraft World, Nicky responded within hours telling me that it was held by customs and also got it released right away. For the next few days, Nicky kept me updated on the delivery progress. I was so impressed by the genuine care given to me as a customer.

As for the product, the paper quality + colors are superb. There is a practice piece for beginners, so thoughtful. Every piece is labelled, instructions are clear etc. Perfect!

Excellent Experience!

First of all, I loved putting my Unicorn together, it was a lot of fun. I appreciate that the model came with a small starter model to practice on as well, especially good for first time creators! It looks So great on my wall!

Secondly, the customer service was amazing. I made an error in my shipping address and customer service was so helpful in watching for the return shipment so it could be resent to me at the correct address.

Definitely would recommend!

Ordered this as a present

Ordered this as a present! It was well received and he enjoyed making it! The paper was good quality. The finished product is really nice. He would recommend using PVA glue and a small brush or cocktail stick. Overall a great present.

Great fun

It took a bit of time to deliver to where I am, but with Covid-19 and the current mail situation really cannot say where the fault lies (actually it seems local deliveries are taking far longer than international...).
The model is fantastic. Read the instructions carefully! Take your time! And take it easy. Instructions are not the easiest.
But once you get around this, its fantastic, and the results are fab.
Take your time! I made sure not to do it in too short a time frame. I tried to give glue between parts a longer time, before adding the fiddelier bits, just to make sure the other parts are properly dried. Therefore only doing a few pieces a day, it makes things easier.
