Large order placed on 15th Feb, 2-3 day delivery time slot. Have attempted to contact Paperchase but no response and order status sat as “Unfulfilled”. Terrible shopping experience.

Very disappointed with this service
Very disappointed with this service. I spent ages going through the online shop and selected specific items for a birthday present. Order was processed & confirmed on 15 Feb. Today, 23 Feb, I receive an email advising me of a refund for every item as I can only assume the items are no longer in stock!
